The kitchen with its full size fridge, oven and three burner range is suitable for full scale meal prep and cooking while also having plenty of room for folks to hang out in the living area. The toy hauler back room has plenty of space as a toy hauler but really shines as a second/third bedroom with two queens and the single loft along with half bath. Front of the rig hosts the king bedroom along with full bathroom and tons of additional storage. Fully stocked for a comfortable stay with: Sheets, blankets & pillows for each bed. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap Paper Towels/Tp Towels and linens for 9 ppl Plates, bowls, utensils Full set pots and pans, cupcake pan and baking sheets Toaster, mixer Portable Charcoal Grill/Fire Pit combo Upgraded tankless water heater for unlimited length showers Generator will run all three AC's along with all other accessories. The third axle on this makes it tow exceptionally well with all six wheels having electric brakes. A three quarter ton truck is required to tow and a dually is best. ***Attn Delivery Customers— I travel for work irregularly.
