Best part about house is garage as parking in this area is very difficult. Location is fabulous. Turn left out the front door and 30 steps you're at the pacific ocean. Turn right out the front door and 100 steps you're at the Bay Shore beach on the sound side with calm waters. Easy drive (or walk) to downtown Long Beach. Responsive host. Lovely house. Would definitely return if I vacation in Long Beach again.

The property elevated our family get together! Updated, well maintained and well decorated with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and great room area was ideal for all of us to prepare meals and hang out. We loved to people watch in the morning from the front porch, and hang out in the back yard and upstairs patio. The surround sound was fun. The property was walking distance to the beach and shopping.

We got together to celebrate a family member graduating law school. The layout of the property made it great for sharing meals, visiting, and laughing with a few cocktails in hand. We especially enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the upstairs deck. The sounds and smell of the ocean were incredibly relaxing.

The location was wonderful, close to the beach. Lots of beautiful dining and hangout space indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this property. And the owner is very helpful and thoughtful. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Absolutely incredible! The owners have clearly put in lots of effort to make the property feel cushy, luxurious, and comfortable to great effect. Everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils were all of very high quality, I got some of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while there. The location is excellent, one house away from a beautiful beach resplendent with volleyball courts and fluffy sand. The photos honestly undersell its proximity to the beach. So many thoughtful amenities, and all of them in great working order. Two outdoor showers to rinse off sand from your feet, a gorgeous outdoor grill area with a built in ice machine, massive sliding glass doors that open up the whole living room to the backyard space, and a large fire pit area with seating and an easy to use gas fire which was great for late night hangouts. My only two small suggestions to the owners - we couldn’t find bedding for the trundle bed, only some light blankets in the closets. That said, we didn’t ask for assistance with that, or search much more intensely than looking around our rooms. And second, the grill utensils were a bit old and worn out. Overall this was an incredible property and a highlight of our trip. We felt so boujee and pampered and wanted for nothing during our stay.

This house is really convenient to the beach and a not so bad drive to the convention center. We really enjoyed staying here for a second time.

This was the second time we have stayed at this beautiful home. It didn’t disappoint. Great location - loved the back yard for evening fun. Can’t wait to visit again.

This lovely property is perfectly situated right between the Bay and the Beach! The home is beautifully appointed and has everything a family could need to have a dream vacation. We have booked countless VRBO’s and we can honestly say…this one is the BEST! We can hardly wait to return next year!

This house is an absolute dream! My husband & I stayed here with our two children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The setup was perfect! Starting with the massive 2 car garage. We had no problem parking a Suburban and a large Ram truck in it. And we had no problem finding a spot for the third car on the street. The kids quickly found the bedroom with a bunkbed with trundle and claimed it. Don't miss the small closet behind the little door at the rear of the closet. They loved the hiding spot. The master bedroom was colossal with the most comfortable bed. We also enjoyed a soak in the big beautiful tub. There is a lovely and comfortable guest room across the patio for someone that might like a little privacy and it's easy to access the bath with shower in the garage. We enjoyed having a small private back yard with a big gate to the sidewalk for all the sandy chairs and toys. At night we used the outdoor kitchen for grilling then later the gas firepit for s'mores. I'd also like to mention how lovely the whole house was decorated. It was most enjoyable! We will absolutely try to book this house again next summer.

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location, steps from the beach. We found the home very spacious and beautiful. It was also very clean, and everything was new in terms of appliances and furniture. The beds were very comfortable as well. A perfect place to host nine people.
