HYGIENE issues Staff cooperation issues Fooding issues Room services issues. House keeping issues They needs things to rebuild again, a formation needed. All renovations needs to be implemented.

Because I had work at the airport, so I think the location was good. Rest nothing was good there. Horrible experience.

The receptionist kept charging Rs. 100/- to Rs. 500/- (in the name of additional Hotel Taxes) from all the the visitors. She charged Rs. 100/- extra from me too. When I quizzed her that booking.com has already included the charges in the final estimation of the room that I had booked she didn't pay any heed to it and asked to deposit additional hotel taxes. Secondly, the room which was alloted to us had an AC which was not working, no cooling at all. Irony of the situation is that one of our family member went to washroom and water was over ( that to twice at different times ). And also the linen was totally soiled. They don't even change the linen after a guest makes a check out. The housekeeping staffs just somehow fix that old bed sheet and blanket before the next visitor checks-in. Ram bharose chal raha hai hotel, aur humlog ko bhi majboori mein rehna padh raha hai nahi toh aas paas hotel dhoondne mein alag se 5 ghante barbaad.

My stay was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking a different room on Booking.com, I was given a filthy room that smelled like a neglected dumpster. The bedsheets were stained and unchanged even after requesting a replacement, and the room was infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast that was promised as included in the booking was nowhere to be seen, and to add insult to injury, they charged exorbitant prices for basic amenities like water, and then conveniently claimed not to have change. The linens on the bed were riddled with holes, giving the impression of extreme neglect and poor maintenance. The reviews on Booking.com seem to be completely fake, filled with duplicates and misleading information. To get a true picture of the hotel's dismal state, one has to look at the honest reviews on Google Maps, where numerous 1-star ratings reflect the reality of this place. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hotel City Lite Near Delhi Airport at all costs. It's a disgraceful establishment that doesn't deserve a single star, let alone a guest.

Estafa / scam

Primero que todo la ubicación de Booking.com es falsa, a duras penas se puede llegar al hostal preguntando por aquí y allá. Segundo me cobraron más de lo promocionaban en booking pero me dijeron que esa era si tarifa “habitual”. Tercero cuando quise extender una noche más me trataron de cobrar el doble de la noche anterior sin ninguna explicación, por lo que me fui. Cuarto sospecho que ellos están escribiendo sus reseñas porque misteriosamente apareció una reseña bajo mi nombre diciendo que era una estadía genial. NO SE ALOJEN AQUÍ, HAY MEJORES HOSTALES Y MÁS BARATOS SI PREGUNTAN ALREDEDOR
