Fantastic location fully functional flat we had included two double bedrooms but no sitting area other than the kitchen table.
The location made up for any shortfalls and I would highly recommend a brief stay here

No elevator. I had to drag 4 heavy bags to the 5th floor over very narrow staircase
There is NO glass in the window in the bedroom
The shower is narrow, dated and cold with limited hot water supply

The apartment is located in a prime location one block far from Las Ramblas. My host Sol was so nice and replied to me immediately to all my questions . The suite was very roomy and comfortable. There is no staff onsite, but instructions were very clear.

Bitterly disappointed in the room and location. My husband was approached by a prostitute outside the door mid day. There was mild on the shower curtain and the ceiling fans made a lot of noise. It was impossible to sleep due to the screaming and yelling and motor traffic outside all night. We had anticipated some noise having stayed in the area before but this was too much. We will not recommend this location to anyone. The hotel we usually stay at did not have our dates available sadly.

The location is perfect, but very noisy rooms as the windows are very old, needs updated bathroom plus another full bathroom (6 bedroom apt).
The kitchen was fully equipped and nice as well the dining/living room.
The property manager is super nice and responsive to all your needs which is a big plus.
The price is very good compared to the market.

Such a great stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was great. A well-stocked kitchen made staying in easy, while just out the door were great restaurant options. I will definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Barcelona.
