Hosts are simply the best. Made us feel so welcome. Everybody staying has a smile. One of the cleanest hotels I think I have stayed in and I used to travel a lot with business. Blissfully quiet at night. Plus its right by the lifts and has ski storage. Highly recommend.

Very attentive owner, always present and available to help; in fact this makes the difference with a standard accomodation; here we all felt very well, and the family Kirschner is very kind. Breakfast very good and rich.
Sauna area new and very clean
Hotel is very closed to the cable cars/gondola-2 mins walking, good apres sky party 4 mins walk-Patschi, many places to eat nearby.
A pool/jacuzzi would be great, but the size of the hotel does not allow such facilities
