Vriendelijk personeel, schone, maar simpele kamer (primitief). De binnentuin was erg mooi.

De kamer was erg gehorig, na de eerste nacht oordopjes aangeschaft (wisselen van kamer was helaas niet mogelijk ivm drukke bezetting van het hotel)

The courtyard, breakfast and super very friendly staff. They really went out of their way to made our anniversary very special!

There is no hot water at all, we were there 4 nights and we had to shower with cold water every day. The hotel does not present you with an alternative and it looks like they aren’t too worried in getting it fixed

We stayed there for 6 nights and the only positive thing was the air conditioner and the cleaning service.

The walls are made of paper, you can hear every movement and every conversation the other people in the whole hostel have. On the night we arrived we got to the hostel after the reception already had closed, we talked to them before going to Ibiza and they said that they would give us our room number and all the information so we could get in without the help of anybody and that it should be all ok. We never received the number of our room and we were lucky that at the time we got in, one of the people who work there had just come back from the gym and he helped us (around 11 pm.), because we had no information. Arriving there we don’t really knew where the room was, so we walked to the room that we thought was our room and we opened the door who was locked - with our key, accidentally walked to the wrong room where people were already sleeping, again - the door opened with our key!!! - 0 safety. When you open the balcony door, the room door will also open if it is not locked. All 6 days we had NOT even one drop of hot water. We try to talk to them through the Whatsapp number they gave us but we never got a response. - we payed way to much for this hostel and will not go back or recommend it to anyone.

It's not a hotel, it's more of a hostel I booked for two separate beds as mentioned in the picture of the room but I found a double bed

Location is great, close to everything, shops, restaurants, hippie market and Es Cana beach. Far from Ibiza town but buses are available.

No lift. I have back problems and stayed in the 3rd floor, go up and down was the worst part.

Staff were very friendly the ambience was very relaxed and welcoming, great value for money. Location was great, nice and quiet off the beaten track, away from the daily madness. There are lots of nice chill out areas and sitting in the gardens, it felt like a retreat in the middle of nowhere - a hidden gem which can only get better!

Maybe we could have had more than 1 key for the room - no big deal but just for more convenience and a plug for the bathroom sink :)

Clean, good value for money and helpful staff

the location is incredible. Really at the centre of És Canar but in a very quiet area. Rooms clean, Good shower… a little need of a bit o maintenance here and there but nothing that spoil the holiday. it is a very good value for money.

The location.

There was a lot of noise from 9am everyday so we could not sleep good. The doors are realy thin so you could hear everything. No tv in the room. The room services guys were talking and laughing too much between each others early morning.

Location and garden area.

Strong sewage smell in middle rooms, which we didn’t book but were changed to as an “upgrade”. Following the first night, we asked to be and were changed back to our original reservation.
