A rather delightful hotel, full of character, in a lovely position about twenty yards from the River Duero, but with easy access to the centre of a charming city. The fact that the rooms are set round an internal courtyard makes for quietness. The facilities were good, with hot water for shower and shaving, and a good breakfast in a spacious room lined with pictures. Staff always polite and helpful.
No light over the washbasin made shaving rather approximate!

The location was superb, with the river across the road and the historic buildings all close by. We love the ambience community vibe and the medieval festival that was taking place in town. Our whole stay was amazing! Totally loved Zamora.

Fantastic, knowledgeable staff, beautiful old building, very central for the historic Zamora, rooms were nice with comfortable beds and good a/c. Good for a 3 stars hotel. Reasonable priced
Breakfast was acceptable but I would have like better quality on the products. Tortilla was good but everything else was ok. Disappointed with the pastries, factory bought and not particularly nice. Coffee again ok but I would have liked better quality.
Our room was on the top of the hotel so 2 sets of stairs. Again ok but might be a problem for some people.

This is a lovely historic building in a great location close to the sights and main facilities. Pet friendly. There is parking nearby. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Raquel who told us about the history of the building and offered us a choice of rooms when we arrived with two dogs not on the booking. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast in a beautiful room with excellent service. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

It´s a very beautiful old building close to the city center. The staff is really friendly so we felt very comfi and got good advices to get to know the location.
There was a lot of mold on our wall from the air conditioner in the neighbour room i think. That was a bit disgusting but explainable in such an old house.

It was amazing, the staff were very helpful and extremely nice, even when busy. They told me lots of info about the city and called the bus station for me. The hotel itself is super interesting with s cool history. The location is super nice, very close to the river and the tourist office. The beds were very nice and they gave me the least hot room in the hotel. I really liked it there, and would have loved to spend more time there.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself, the days I was there it was rather hot, but they gave me an air-conditioning unit and it was fine.

The room was good and the best was that it was separate from the other buliding trough an inner yard. That was the best.
