location, not busy but near nightlife and beach. handy for buses. nice private pool. decent size rooms good kitchen and washing facilities

Really close to the sea front, quiet location and spacious apartment. Only 5 apartments in the block and for most of the week we stayed we had the small pool to ourselves. Good well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, hob oven and microwave. Very large second bedroom with two single beds. Owner very responsive and answered all our questions. We enjoyed staying there and perfect location, near the main strip but just far enough back that it's quiet.

WiFi wasn't great, limited availability even with a booster in the apartment, so it was a bit hit and miss. There is a TV if you like to watch TV on holiday, but all Spanish channels which is fair enough as you are in Lanzarote. There was a satellite box but although we connected to it and could see other channels there was no signal. The apartment was clean and had a new bathroom and kitchen, but it's not 5* and needs a little TLC in places, but we really enjoyed staying there. We stayed in April and it wasn't too hot. So can't comment on how warm the apartment may get in summer, no air-conditioning but a ceiling fan in main room and some portable fans in the cupboards.

Location was fab, facilities were fab. Towels were provided as well as pool towels. So close to the beach.
