I like the comfortability and the staff is very friendly.

The location is quite far to the town center. Also, it’s better if there’s a whole body mirror in every room 😁

Spacious and clean rooms

Poor wifi connection , had to take a tricycle ride to go to downtown.

Room is spacious and with large window views and the hotel offers several facilities (water, refreshments, massage chair, big lobby area) for stay-in guests.

In-house coffee shop not available during our visit.

I like that the room is clean and comfortable. It has mini fridge and kettle which are very useful. It has also BPI atm downstairs, which is great!I like the staffs are friendly and helpful and treat their guests equally foreign or local. Some part of El nido the establishment prefer to serve only white.Its a shame .I personally experienced this in Hub resto near frenz hostel.If you support racism go there otherwise skip that place.:)

The location is not in the center but tolerable.I mean you can walk but imagine doing this everyday :).There are two restaurants nearby but the options there is meh.

the day time staff were awful. didn’t want to help us as we were British, laughing under their breath at us, speaking about us in their language, just not a nice environment. however carla, who works evenings was amazing.

First of all thank you so much to Carla with superb coordination , supportive, friendly and approachable during check in/extending our stay and check out she did very well on our rooms requirements. Her customer service ethics is highly commendable. Breakfast, staff and services were awesome. We re running of time they were helpful and considerate. Room - very clean. In summary, ecxellent stay at One El Nido Suite!

Warm environment during breakfast should have been air conditioned for comfort.

The room was quite spacious. The shower and toilet were working properly and toiletries were provided. Air conditioning was working very well. A very nice view from room window to the market place and landscape.

The Wi Fi signal was decent. Two room keys would have come in handy. We had to wait a little longer for the check-in because the room was not ready by 14:00.

Located a short tricycle ride from town, and a few minutes walk to Corong Corong beach. 15 minutes drive from Lio Airport and Lio Beach.

The closest beach access trail has a large ditch to cross and a bit of barbed wire to step over. The next road/path to beach is a little rough and you have to walk along the busy road for a half block.
