Near the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool right on the doorstep. Very modern, classy decor. Nice outside space with really good garden furniture and sunbeds. Fantastic air conditioning. It's quite near the main road but couldn't hear it at all - it wasn't a problem, just thought I'd mention it in case anyone was worried about the location.
Not much storage space in the bedrooms but wasn't much of a problem, owner has made the best of it with small wardrobes.

It has a lovely terrace to sit out in evening. Kitchen very well equipped with everything including washing machine. Lovely restaurant /pub Mississippi across the way handy for an eve drink.
It has only one bathroom but we managed fine.

The house was great and had everything we needed. The outside space in the house was great and extremely comfortable.
It was very clean all over.
The walk to the beach was manageable with 2 young kids and the beach was great. If you know La Mata it can get windy there so be aware but the temperatures still remained at 25 degrees.
The pool area was very strict and we felt a bit under pressure with kids there.
Mainly the residents only used it for a swim and left. Wasn't sure if it opened after our stay as it only said opening hours for September and October.

We weren't shown how to use the cooker or WiFi. TV was only Spanish or polish.
We only found instructions on the last day.
Manager ignored my texts and calls until we were looking for a taxi to the airport.
Pity there was only one bathroom.
