I would emphasize the place is very good, but sorry I would never come again.

If you can tolerate nobody (either a staff, online or on telephone) helping you with check in for 45 minutes in the evening, standing at the lobby helpless, it's a good place to stay. Here's the situtuation when I checked in at 7pm...It's depressing when ... 1. I entered all information and the system asked me to wait for Facetime BUT NOBODY ANSWERED 2. when I use the phone beside the iPad to call the customer service, the staff asked me to use the tablet to check in rudely and hung up the phone! 3. nobody answered the phone anymore 4. I waited for another 30 minutes until the phone finally rang!!! 5. we got a baby and luggages... I used the assistant of booking.com to tell the situation, but nobody followed up after almost 1 month. I would emphasize the place is very good, but sorry I would never come again.
