Property was big and the covered parking was nice to have on snowy days.
Property was a little older and could hear the train at night. Not too bad, but noticeable.

It was a short walking distance to get to the start of the hiking path up Mt Yotei. Management insisted on cash and as such I didn't have to pay Booking.com who said that the cheapest option was no longer available when I booked. However when I arrived the cheapest option was available and management was able to swap me to that room.
I didn't realise when I booked that it was a love hotel. That's not a problem, but I would have liked to have known when I booked. Usually Booking.com does make that obvious, but not in this case. Buses are infrequent so I hitchhiked to and from the train station.

the property offered a nice place to relax after a good day of skiing also included a covered garage so the car was ready to after a night of snow.

The location is a bit isolated, no convinience stores nearby but we didn't mind as we travelled via car.

When we arrived the heaters were on and the room was warm. Very Eco friendly as we could choose to have the sheets changed daily or not with a simple sign outside the door. Parking lot was ploughed early for easy entry and exit.

Nice place to stay with good location in case you have a car. If you purpose of visit is winter sport, it is a quit good location for visiting Niseko resorts, Rusutsu or Kiroro.
Hotel stuff are really nice and helpful people. It was really nice to stay here😊
For me bed was comfortable, but for my boyfriend not so match as he was linking to the side. But everything else was really good, thank you! 😊
