Staff was stingy with toilet paper and upon arrival Tried telling me the room was canceled

Upon booking it shows that property has 1 full bed and 2 queen beds but there were only two full beds.and when I approached the front desk about it the owner or manager whoever was there didn’t respond nicely and said the sofa bed is the third bed. When i showed him online he went open his laptop and changed it to sofa bed from full bed and said it was booking.com s problem not his and told me to call booking.com
