House of the River is an amazing place. Nadia is very friendly and helpful, she prepared the apartment earlier so we didn't have to wait. Also the last day of a our stay there wasn't a problem with leaving our luggage longer. The apartment has perfect location - from one side you sit on balcony almost on the river and feel like inside the nature (morning coffee on a balcony is a must!) and on the other side you leave the house and are in the old town. The apartment itself is spacious, nice, well equipped. Couldn't be better. Thank you, Nadia, I hope one day we will be back!!

The riverside balcony is just a joy from the first morning coffee to the final mirto at night. It's beautiful and tranquil and and is the perfect contrast with the more hardcore beach action a few miles up the road. The apartment is well equipped, the wi-fi is faultless and it's just an easy place to live. (Oh, and mosquitoes are much less of a problem than you'd expect for a riverside place.)

There's very little to dislike. The only category in which I didn't give the very top mark was VFM, and even that may have been a bit harsh (because, while it's not cheap, there's no reason why it should be).

Nadia was a great host! Very helpful, with many information on interesting places and beaches. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently placed in the town centre.

Bosa is wonderful and this apartment is a great base from which to discover it. We loved the location right on the river - the view is spectacular and we never got tired of it. From the bedroom, you can see the old town and the castle. We actually liked that the apartment was outside the old town and on the ground floor - that makes it very comfortable. Nadia lives close by and is always available for help or questions. The apartment has lots of space and is equipped with everything you could need. At night, it was quiet and we slept very well. We highly recommend taking a canoe up the river and discovering the local Malvasia di Bosa.

Having to leave was hard!

Excellent location right by old town, easy parking, very very warm welcome from Nadia who was very informative and quick to respond to our questions. Very well-equipped kitchen (which is important for us as we love to cook!) and lovely balcony on the river: perfect for a morning coffee or evening aperitivi! The perfect start to our Sardinian holiday!
