Lovely hotel with very nice spa
Air con was still noisy on lowest setting, and lock didn't work on the toilet in the spa. Lots of kids running around the hotel at 11pm when we were trying to get to sleep and staff didn't seem to do anything.

The spa facilities are above average
Not so neat, just average.
We had to ask for a room change, as the smell was bad in the one we had booked.
The outdoor pool was not clean enough.
No minibar in the room
needs some revamping and more attention to cleanliness (dirty moquette in the rooms area)

Excellent hotel for a stop over on European road trip. Great to have a dip in the pool and a cocktail after a long day of driving. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice location with spa, pool and restaurant short distance from Lago Varese - in between Lago Maggiore and Lago Como.
Hotel looks freshly renovated with parking in front of the rooms for the standard rooms and covered garage parking for the rooms with sea-view. Breakfast with 12 EUR p.p. well worth it. Nice spa included, in pre-season eventually no time-slot restrictions, which otherwise you would have to book upon arrival.
Varese itself was a less interesting place, but actually not so important - enough places to visit nearby.

Great Spa, clean and comfortable room, two EV chargers free of charge, parking in front of the room is a premium feature.
Location is ok, but the hotel is next to the local zoo, meaning quite a lot of animal noises, which is fun for the first hour or so…

The Spa is really nice, and the bedroom was big and had a beautiful view of the lake.
You need a car to move. The city centre is far away and you can't walk there. We couldn't find the bus so a taxi was always the only option to move...15€ each trip. Monday everything is closed in Italy so we really struggled to get food.

Parking in front of the room, swimming pool, spa (included in Booking.com fee), silent and modernly refurbished rooms with outdoor space. Friendly and professional staff
A couple of ants migth come inside the room, expensive extras, nothing around at walking distance, lake cannot be seen

Comfortable room with Jacuzzi bath was great.
Private covered parking.
Relax areas, spa and indoor swiming pool very nice and spa kit.
Lack of breakfast selection, both hot and cold areas could be better for the price.

Just the location
Courtesy of staff and also the cost which we paid for this property is not at all worthy, the reception staff gave false information about the package which was selected and charged for the breakfast separately. This is completely unacceptable.

Exceptionally clean and the spa and massage therapy was wonderful.
Everything was excellent, nothing to not like.
