Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so benötigt. Man merkt deutlich, dass es offenbar auch vom Eigentümer persönlich genutzt wird. Die Möbel sind in gutem Zustand und sehr bequem. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Für die Wintermonate ist eine mobile Glaswand vorhanden, die Teile der Terrasse in eine Art Wintergarten verwandelt. Das ist sehr angenehm, wenn es kühler wird und der Wind heftiger weht. Dadurch verlängert sich die mögliche Nutzung der Terrasse erheblich. Es gibt sogar eine elektrische Markise. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Alles ist in einer ordentlichen Anzahl vorhanden, so dass die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht ständig laufen muss. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch die Ausstattung mit Kabelfernsehen, womit alle unsere heimischen Kanäle in sehr guter Qualität zu empfangen waren. Für den PKW steht sogar ein Tiefgaragenplatz zur Verfügung.
Die Warmwasserversorgung wird auch für die beiden Bäder von einem Gas-Durchlauferhitzer in der Küche erledigt. Da er recht entfernt von den Bädern montiert ist, braucht es erhebliche Zeit, bis das warme Wasser in der Dusche ankommt. Wirklich gut regulieren lässt sich die Temperatur dann auch nicht. Die Silikonfugen der Dusche bedürften wohl demnächst der Erneuerung.

This is our second stay at this wonderful apartment. Once again it has exceeded our expectations.
Big thanks to Belén who accommodated our late arrival and departure.
The south facing balcony has been fabulous with great sun loungers, sofas and outside table.
Internally, it continues to be well presented with comfy beds and lots of space. We will be back!
Sky TV would be a bonus but we can live without it!
