The apartment was really good and the owner provided good advices that makes our stay better. Really recommend this place (strategical place): restaurant, taxi station, beach, etc.

location was good. 10 minute walk from Cafe Mambo and strip

Property was not the cleanest and very run down. It has a horrible damp smell and barely any hot water. we had no hot water for 2 days straight and were told we were just impatient. The lady managing the property also ruined the stay by being extremely rude because we didn’t take our packed up and tidy garage to the correct place despite leaving the apartment cleaner than when we got there

The location was great. We also loved the balcony view.

The apartment does not look nearly as good as on the highly edited photos on this site. It is not clean, there is mold on a lot of places and right after we came in, there was a terrible smell. Some of us ended up paying for a hotel instead of staying at this place, definitely not recommendable.

Location. It was fine in the middle of San An. Dont expect the Ritz. Beds were nice, rooms were okay. Check in was okay. Nothing special but fine for the price

more keys, ridiculous they only give one key for 5 people

The manager was very attentive despite not being in person there.

Rudeness, lack of manners and lack of organisation by the person who handed us over the keys. We sent him a message three days before our arrival indicating the time we wanted to check in and he didn't reply to us until the day we were there and asked him about our check in. We requested an early check in at 10 am since we landed at 8 am and we had to wait until 2 pm to get the keys. We had already written in Booking that we wanted an early check in. General uncleanliness and dust. Spiders and other insects up on the ceiling as well as an insanitary bathroom with clear evidence of mould. We didn't use the kitchen but it wasn't clean enough: dust and grease on the hood extractor and stove.

everything was very clean had everything you need. spacious and decorated nicely.
