Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück! Insgesamt sehr nette Atmosphäre . Gut um Lissabon zu besuchen, gibt Zug. Casceis ist ein schöner kleiner Ort direkt am Meer mit ausgezeichneten Fischlokalen. Eines ist sogar direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.

Leichter Strassenlärm. Das Bett nicht so komfortabel. Man sollte in neue Boxspringbetten investieren.

Casamento no jardim, direto para o meu quarto num dos dias da estadia (tarde + noite) O hotel não avisou desse evento. Perdi a privacidade, a tranquilidade do descanso e fiquei sem lugar de estacionamento (tive de estacionar na rua). Incompreensível para um hotel de 5 estrelas. No geral, não corresponde às expectativas (espaços comuns, pequeno almoço fraco, comodidades fracas...)

Superfint lyxhotell som besöktes under lågsäsong. Bastu, saltvattenpool, nära till vandring, och ca 1 timme till Lisbon, gångavstånd till Cascais.

Man kunde ej äta på hotellet kvällstid, och resturanger i närheten är svindyra.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We didn't use the spa area, but it looked nice. Location is beautiful with lovely views along the coast.

The carpets were very stained. The paint was bubbling and peeling. The shower was over the bath, and the bath was very slippery. There is only a coffee pod machine in the room with 2 pods, any more you have to pay for, no tea making facilities. Our friends asked for tea in the room, and they wanted to charge them. Restaurant and bar closed at 7pm. There wasn't much around the area in the way of places to eat or drink.

Unfortunately hotel restaurant does not do evening meals and the bar closes at 7 and the breakfast did not have a great choice no tea making fasilaties in room only coffee machine then they want 2 euros after the first 2 free claims to be 5 star the only thing 5 star about the hotel is the prices they charge for everything I personally would rate it 4 decoration around hotel is tierd and the moulding in the rooms is made fro polastirine not plaster carpets a dirty around property if you don't want a lot to do on your holiday then this is the place for you but I personally think it's over priced but it has a beautiful coastline

Spotty wifi. Slow wifi. Freezing cold pool

Location is a bit far from center but very relaxing and silent peace of paradise. garden and building is amazing, so lush, calming and charming.we had a garden view room with very secluded place. restaurant infront of the hotel is one of the best spots for dinner on the cluff.

wifi works only near by pool, other locations are not covered. breakfast is very poor, though they try a lot, have bubbles but not enough.
