Sehr saubere Zimmer, leider mit Blick und entsprechender Geräuschkulisse auf den Bahnhofsvorplatz. Trotzdem gut geschlafen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rande der Innenstadt, man ist schnell in der Fußgängerzone.
Sehr nette MItarbeiterin an der Reception.
Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, auch hier sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service.
Die extra berechneten Parkgebühren sollten schon in Booking.com erwähnt werden

Nice room. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was very good.
The parking is private but you need to stop your car outside a closed gate on a somewhat busy little road and push a button to open the gate. Very inconvenient.

Great location opposite the station and 5 minutes on foot from the historical centre, clean & comfortable room.
Check-in and out a bit long and disorganised.
Being close to the train station, the immediate surroundings of the hotel can feel dodgy after 22:00. The breakfast room is in the cellar without daylight…

The outside noises were very loud and could hear in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was cold. You can hear the trains from the other side not as said that windows were properly installed for noise isolation. No toiletries..

Hotel is super clean. Bed is ver comfortavle, it has its own parking and location is very convenient.

Clean & spacious room with a tasteful decor and very comfortable beds. The staff at reception were super friendly, helpful and accommodated my wishes The included breakfast was fantastic. All very professional and the hotel deserves its 4 star rating. Location is great too, close to the train station and city centre.
A suggestion only: a coffee machine or electric kettle in the room would add that extra bit to the comfort However, one can get a coffee down in the foyer at any time which was truly appreciated.

I particularly liked the helpfulness of the employees. I checked in at 1am and the concierge offered me a bottle of water and helped me with suitcases. In the morning the other concierge helped me with a business related issue that saved me a lot of time.

Beds were fast to hard might as well have slept on the floor and a kettle in the room would be handy just to make a cup of tea have said it all like one big family
