Top service. I rang the property the day before to get info on the parking and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained how to reach the structure and provided useful information about the traffic in the area. I was also happy to receive some great suggestions on eating places and things to do!

The property was very comfortable and clean (the room was cleaned and our towels were changed every single day)!! There’s a kitchen and a romantic little terrace for the evenings. It is a 5min walk from the centre, which was such a nice surprise! The staff - Mrs Lupe, was a lovely polite woman! Recommend 100%!!!

The room was lovely, very modern! It was only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, 10 minutes to the lift to the beach and 10 minutes to the bus/train station. Lupe was very welcoming and even helped us book an amazing trip to Capri.

The shower was nailed in so couldn’t move the shower head, more an annoyance than anything. Breakfast was lovely but be mindful it’s just a croissant from a local cafe.

Fantastic B&B. Room completely exceeded our expectations and was equipped with everything we needed. B&B owner was extremely welcoming and very kind. Highly recommended (location is great too).

the organisation was awful. we arrived around 12pm and we’re buzzing the gate - no one came only for a woman walking inside the complex buzzed us in and tried to call the owners and which we were waiting while they whatsapped each other? it sounded like the owner was annoyed we had arrived before check in - eve though we didn’t want to check in yet only just leave our suitcases. was all very odd and seemed to be no reception - no one to ask anything. all very strange

We reserved the family room for 3 people, the room is very small for family room with only 1 queen bed! (This is our 3rd hotel in Italy and other hotels always give sofa bed, small additional bed or at least king size bed for a family of three. when we used the bathroom, suddenly from the drain in the shower all the water came out from the drain from the toilet! can you imagine, all the dirt came out and our bathroom flooded and the dirty water entered our room! so disgusting! when we reported and asked for our third night to be cancelled, the staff refused and said they would fix it. However, on the second day the flood of dirty water from the toilet channel was worse, until my so fell in that dirty water. We reported again and they asked us to move things to another room, and surprisingly it was actually a suitable room for a family room (I mean why did they put a family room very small at the first place) but we refused because it was too late and tired to move things. The next day we couldn't stand it and decided to leave and look for a better hotel. We tried to have a good talk asking for compensation for this inconvenience in the form of a refund on the third day and they did not respond and in the end got angry and threatened us.

Perfect location, the administrator made an early check-in for us (was supposed to be at 14, but at 11:30 we were in a room)

It was a nice place and in a good location.

The check-in process could be improved a little bit. Upon arriving I couldn't get through the gate and there was no answer via phone call. As soon as I emailed however I was let in. This could have been my fault, but when leaving the next morning I couldn't get out of the gate. I was asked to leave my keys in the room I was staying in but it appeared you needed the keys to actually get out of the gate. If it wasn't for a lady driving in at the time I was trying to exit I would have been stuck, as without the keys I couldn't return back to the property. As I said there could have been something I was missing there.
