The toilet kept dripping at night, and we could smell it when someone smoked outside.

Staff are con artists.They told me I had booked 2 rooms,I clearly booked 1 room with 2 beds and I was unable to book alternative accommodation in Bendigo,they had 6 weeks from booking date to contact me but did not.I vacated 2 nights early, no refund was offered,the room was immediately re-let.Great business partners you have.

Very handy to Hospital ,shopping ,and family. Also being able to order your meals at night and delivered to room.

Location was great, service was good, and the room was relatively clean.
There was no water pressure in the shower. The beds weren't all that comfy, and the bedside lamp was covered in spiderweb ☹️

needs some TLC and maintenance . tv didn’t get normal Chanel’s. Netflix (internet) hit and miss. pool needs a paint and seemed un inviting.

Spacious rooms and exceptionally clean.
Bath robes were a nice addition.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Nothing to dislike, only downside was the Sauna was not working.

the single bed was broken or bent, the rooms don’t get cleaned at all and the beds not made, the pool was dirty and no pool towels available

Location was good, staff were very nice.
I notified the motel of one less person coming 5 days prior and still got charged for the full amount. considering you can cancel 24hrs prior.
