It's a magical place, with strong references to Jaipur's history and architecture. The service is exceptional, the staff is beyond helpful and was always accomodating to any request we had. Best part was by far the staff, everyone felt extremely warm and always there to make sure we had the best possible time. They went above and beyond in every way possible, from sweet notes by the housekeeping staff to the extremely well trained and professional conduct of everyone at the premises.

There were occasionally times where thing were lost in communication, but nothing that's worth a bad review, small hickups here and there.

We had a delightful experience at Fairmont Jaipur's breakfast spread. The options were plentiful, offering a wide range of choices to satisfy every palate. Whether you preferred traditional Indian cuisine or continental delights, the breakfast menu catered to all tastes. From aromatic Indian spices to freshly baked pastries, the array of dishes was impressive. The attentive staff ensured a pleasant dining experience, making sure our needs were met.

Our decision to seek respite at Fairmont Jaipur after a demanding week of meetings in Jaipur turned out to be disheartening. The hotel was engulfed in chaos due to multiple weddings taking place simultaneously throughout the premises. It seemed that this hotel was a popular choice for wedding celebrations, which greatly affected our ability to relax. The poolside, a serene area we had looked forward to, was closed off entirely due to one of the weddings. The noise from the wedding music and drums became unbearable, intensifying our disappointment. To make matters worse, a sudden storm occurred at the same time as the ongoing wedding, forcing all guests to seek shelter in the hotel's central lobby. Since we were unable to enjoy the outdoor spaces due to the wedding, we settled for enjoying a drink in the lobby. However, we were approached by wedding guests and asked to relocate. We harbor no ill will towards the guests, who were undoubtedly tired and dissatisfied. Our frustration lies with the hotel management, as the lobby resembled a crowded Indian railway station or a chaotic fish market. Despite the hotel's beautiful ambiance and royal touch, the management seemed clueless about handling such situations. This hotel serves as an example of disastrous management. We paid 30,000 INR for a 1.5-day stay, only to find that we couldn't utilize the pool or find comfort in the lobby due to the ongoing wedding events. Subsequently, we read reviews and discovered that many others shared similar negative experiences, specifically regarding the wedding chaos. The response from Rajiv Kapoor, the General Manager, was lackluster, with generic replies provided to all complaints. Having stayed at several Fairmont properties worldwide, we can attest to the wonderful experiences we had elsewhere. However, Fairmont Jaipur was marred by chaos. Therefore, if you plan to visit for relaxation, we strongly advise double-checking that no wedding is taking place.

No balcony was a concern, quality of dinner is not great, In our room 350, speaker of TV was very bad, sound is unclear.
