The private terrace was definitely the selling point of the apartment. It was in a great location with live music below to keep us entertained. The apartment was a great size with lots of storage space.

A plug for the wash hand basin in the bathroom would have been good but otherwise nothing.

It was comfortable and pleasant. Just outside Old Town but close enough to everything. Filip was a very attentive host.

That I had to leave! My only "complaint" has nothing to do with the accommodations as my sobe was directly above a bar and played music (live or recorded) for most of the night. Fortunately, the hosts do provide earplugs. The TV helped drown it out, too. There is only so much they can do. I still had an excellent stay overall.

Flipi was so lovely, meeting us at the ferry. Helpful tips things to do and places to go. He let us check out hour later and was willing to look after the cases. Location was perfect. Lovely bars near by and right outside the door. The one outside our door had live music made an excellent pit stop for night cap. Beds comfy, air con worked like a dream. we had no issues with small water tank. Always had a hot shower.

Very clean apartment. Bed was really good and bathroom seemed like new.

Depending on which room you get, the speakers from the downstairs bar might be right below the windows. We didnt have a problem sleeping, but a lot of others probably will.

Great location in the town centre. Only a few mins walk from ferry and beach. Open plan apartment was spacious and very clean. Highly recommended 😁

Filip was so personable and super friendly. Going out of his way to give time and make you feel welcome. One of the best hosts I’ve had in Croatia. Room is great and so is the bathroom

The only downside is the proximity to the street since it’s just a level above it. Tends to get noisy but it didn’t bother me too much and in this case pros outweigh the cons. Just a heads up

L attention de Filip La situation

A spacy launch area and a very nice terras with comfortable furniture. Filip sorted out the WIFI so that it was strong enough for us to do the remote COVID test. All in all a very comfortable place!

The stairs going up to the apartment, but that was only a minor inconvenience and Filip was so kind to assist us with our luggage.

My sincere thanks to Filip for his care and help: greatly appreciated.

-the owner was very friendly and he gave us explanations about the city. He also had some welcome drinks for us! -Very good to have a stove (even if we didn’t use it as we were there only one night) -the location is very good -we could leave the luggage there after check out

Great location, close to old city, bars and restaurants.

No day light. Windows are facing next building and you don’t get any light.

Loved the location! Close to everything and very convenient. The space is more modern and it has everything you might need for a short stay. Filip the host was very helpful and went to pick us up at the ferry. We were also greeted in the room with some homemade liquor and limoncello that were very nice!

The bathroom was always smelly and was very tiny. The faucet was way too big for the sink so the water splashed everywhere. And the door handle was broken. The bigger bed had a pretty bad dent on the mattress so the person would be sliding all the time. The sofa bed was not bad but extremely hard so for people that don’t like super hard mattresses this is not great and comfortable.
