The home was nice and spacious and very clean. Towels, appliances and linen were all provided as expected. Only a couple of minor things could be improved upon. Some of the outlets are very old and not grounded and will not securely hold a plug. I would also like to have GFCIs on kitchen and bathroom counters. The lawn was very overgrown and since it rained for most of our stay we often ended up with wet shoes whenever outside on the property. Again these are very small things, but would really make the experience even more enjoyable. I did enjoy the house and would rent it again in summary.

Perfect for our family stay during JMU graduation weekend. An easy 15min drive into Harrisonburg. Great set up for our pup as well with a great yard to run.

We loved that it was next to a horse farm and there was easy access to hiking trails. Another great thing was having access to the rec center.

Enjoyed the views and the rooms were nice. Outside was very charming but feel the inside has so much potential. Furniture in living room could be more comfortable and inviting. We had been forewarned about potential insects due to the weather. But the biggest issue was cockroaches in the kitchen. We also couldn’t find the living room remote and reported it. We could use the bedroom remote instead but they didn’t deliver a new one until two days later.
