So we booked a whole villa for our 3 day stay and we liked : - the kids corner and the lady who was entertaining the kids 90 % of the time. She was polite and smiley. - breakfast was ok , pretty much the same every day , mediocre - the fireplace - terrace ( spacious) - individual parking slot infront of the villa - controlled access with cctv and live guards - the design of the restaurant and most of the staff in it

The SPA was pretty damn dissapointing. Having in mind the size of the resort , they made one dark sauna and two steam baths 3-4 sq.meters each which were also not working properly (it was kinda cold inside) . The pool is ok but pretty small considering how many people are in the resort most of the time , way too crowded. The resort has access to mineral water and they didn't do any outside pools and stuf...

Чисто,подредено,редовно почистваха и зареждаха хигиенни консумативи. Хареса ми,че на закуска имаше алтернатива на прясното мляко. Гледката беше спираща дъха.

1. Леглото. За мен не е нормално за 200 лева на вечер във самостоятелна вила да има 2 слепени легла вместо спалня. Недопустимо. 2. Закуската. Еднотипна всеки ден. Различното беше,че единият ден сменят палачинките със мекици примерно ( мекицата ми беше сурова). За тези пари смятам,че може да се заложи на по-добър клас продукти,а не най-ниският клас колбас,кашкавал и тестени закуски ( купени от магазина или фурна бяха ужасно мазни.) 3. Джакузито не работеше и никъде в booking не беше опоменато. 4. Имахме 4 броя комплимент капсули за кафе,което беше чудесно тъй като имахме машина във вилата,но това,което не ми допадна е ,че всяка следваща капсула се заплащаше. Били сме и в други висок клас хотели и вили и кафето независимо под каква форма ( на капсули,на машина,нес) винаги е било безплатно за целият престой като цената на нощувка винаги е била около 200-230лв. 5. Детският кът беше под всякаква критика. Не е реално,как подобен хотел от такъв висок клас с прекрактно и просторно място обособено за детски кът е възможно да е направено без никаква подходяща настилка. Плочки и 2 -3 мини килима нахвърляни из стаята. Пода беше студен и не бих позволила на детето ми да ходи босо там.

The place is clean and spacious. The view is overwhelming and the staff is very nice.

The wellness center is too small for such a big resort.

There was nothing not to like.

Still one of the best places to be in the region. Villas are well though out and offer great comfort for families. Great breakfast.

The facilities are starting to show their age. Hygiene and general maintenance need to be on a higher level for the price. We encountered problems with the access to the villa and with the electricity. Charging 30 BGN per night for a pet is much too expensive and unjustified.

Beautiful natural environment, very friendly personnel, spacious appartement, great breakfast, relaxing mineral water pools.

In one of our rooms the air conditioner wasn't working. We missed an outside swimming pool.

We stayed at the apartment and we had everything we needed. The apartment was extremely clean, with comfy beds, bathroom was perfect. The stuff was very helpful. Really enjoyed the massage.

The location is great and the staff is very nice and friendly. The food is delicious but the prices in the restaurant are a bit too high. The villa was not very clean when we arrived but it was cleaned very well every day of our stay. The yard in front of the villas was very nice and the pool was clean with a great separate part for children.

The villa needs renovation and with so many stairs it is not suitable for small children/toddlers. There was a lot of dust in the villa when we arrived. There is no microwave and not a single sharp knife.
