Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche an einem der schönsten Orte der Erde. Das Haus ist eine "Augenweide", wir genossen den tollen Pool täglich (neben dem schönen Meer). Die Vermieter (François & Stéphanie) waren sehr nett und äusserst hilfsbereit. Sie hielten sich diskret im Hintergrund (waren sie überhaupt da?) :-) und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps. Jederzeit wieder!!! Superferien!!!

Super Lage, gut für Ausflüge in der Region. Schöner gemütlicher Aussenbereich und schöner Pool. Leider nur eine richtige Dusche...sonst wirklich alles top!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Très belle maison, bien située. Stephanie et François sont des hôtes agréables et discrets.

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Freunde dort. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer und auf die Bucht von Nizza. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nebenhaus, sind quasi "unsichtbar", aber angenehme Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug, um einen angenehmen Tag dort zu verbringen. Meistens waren wir aber in der Umgebung unterwegs. Gibt ja schließlich einiges zu sehen! Fazit: Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und uns sehr erholt. As we walked through the gate of this residence and down a path we were hit by a beautiful pool and an even more staggeringly beautiful view of the Mediterranean coast. The house inside was immaculately clean, very spacious and very well equipped. There were two French windows from the main living room area which led onto a large terrace where we continued to marvel at the spectacular sea views. The photographs of the property don’t show the immense skyline and mountain views that can be seen from the pool and from the terraced area. You can see Nice and further along the coast line from the terrace and enjoy the forever changing light of the mountains. Even from inside the main living area we were always aware of the sea and were able to watch the large yachts coming in to Antibes. This was a great base to go off exploring the area, we visited Port Grimaud (a mini Venice) and from there took a boat trip to St.Tropez. We went to Grasse where we made our own perfume at the Galimard perfume factory and visited Antibes most evenings. We have rented many houses in this price bracket and and I am pretty hard to please but this property was in the perfect location to explore the area, spotless ( our son has a severe dust allergy and asthma) and the owners were a delight, extremely helpful and welcoming. The only way this house would be completely perfect is if it had air conditioning in the main living room rather than just in the bedrooms. This house and location are going to be extremely difficult to match when choosing our next holiday destination! Vi havde en dejlig uge i huset ved Antibes. Et godt hus med en pragtfuld udsigt og nogle meget hjælpsomme udlejere i Stephanie og Francois. Huset passer fint til en familie på 4-6 personer. Ole og familie.

Villa encore mieux en vrai qu en photos! Que du positifs: Tres bien située dans un domaine sécurisé Bien équipée, clim dans toutes les chambres Ajancée et décorée avec goût Grande piscine impeccable dont nous avons abusé 😊et dont les propriétaires vous en laisse la pleine jouissance Parlons en des proprios , ... c est le point le plus positifs ! Autant de gentillesse que d attention et que de total discrétion Vue époustouflante sur la mer/Antibes/Nice voir même l Italie .

Sehr schönes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer, wenn auch ein bisschen weit weg. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten, Terrasse mit Lounge und weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten unterm Dach. Perfekte Frühstückslocation. Gasgrill 4-flammig für herrliche Grillabende. Küche gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ein paar Utensilien mehr darin sein könnten (Pürierer, Kochlöffel). Stephanie und Francois sind super nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Egal mit welchem Anliegen man kommt, beide sind immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dass die Vermieter direkt daneben wohnen stört überhaupt nicht, man bekommt so gut wie nichts mit!! Wir kommen jederzeit wieder!

Dejligt stort hus med en fantastisk udsigt. Alt i huset fungere optimalt. Dejlig egen pool . Mange hyggelige sidde pladser til hygge, afslapning og nyde den fantastiske udsigt.

C'est toujours angoissant de réserver ses vacances. Les photos trop aguicheuses sont parfois trompeuses ... et bien pas là ! La villa est comme sur les photos : au top. Les propriétaires sont aussi discrets que disponibles pour connaître les bons plans des environs. Des vacances inoubliables 😉.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette très belle villa! La vue, la piscine, les différentes terrasses..... tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour passer de superbes vacances. Stéphanie et François sont en même temps très serviables et discrets. Un bonjour du Doubs à la maman de François. Merci pour votre accueil et j'avoue que nous sommes parties avec un pincement au cœur. A bientôt j'espère.

La maison est identique aux photos du site voir mieux ! La piscine est magnifique et la vue a couper le souffle. Le quartier tranquille et sécurisé. Quant aux propriétaires, accueillants, serviables et super discrets. N'hesitez pas une seconde !

Très belle villa. Bien entretenue et bien aménagée. Le couple Schaeffer est très sympathique et toujours à l'écoute. Mais néanmoins très discrets . On a passé une semaine magnifique. Merci encore pour leur gentillesse.

Wir haben eine super Woche hier verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten sind gut ausgerüstet und schön gestaltet. Den Pool, die super Aussicht aufs Meer und die vielen verschiedenen Sitzplätze haben wir besonders genossen. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Internet. Stéphanie und François haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie wohnen im anderen Hausteil, sind aber sehr diskret, so haben wir sie während der Woche kaum gesehen. Wir können Ferien in dieser Villa sehr empfehlen.

This was our first holiday where we can honestly say that we did not want to leave! The most relaxing and memorable holiday to date! This was the first time that we had booked a villa with HomeAway and the whole process was very easy, helped by Francois quick and friendly responses. We travelled as a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children (11,11 &13). We were very warmly greeted by Francois and Stephanie. They could not have been more friendly and welcoming and given that we did not arrive at the villa until 7pm, Francois kindly drove us to the local supermarket and then collected us an hour later so that we could stock up for a couple of days! The photos don't do the villa justice! It was very clean and modern and the views were just incredible! There were several areas dotted around the villa where we were able to eat throughout the day. The villa is shared with the owners but everything (pool,BBQ etc) was exclusive to us and they were very discreet to the point that we did not even know they were there. Our flight was from Heathrow to Nice arriving at 5pm. We decided to take the train from the airport, but my advice would be to catch the no. 250 express bus directly from the airport to Antibes pole d'enchanges. This bus took less than half an hour and cost 11 euros per person. The no. 200 bus is also available for only 1.50 euros but can take over an hour. Once at Antibes we used UBER to hire a large vehicle and this cost 18-22 euro from the bus/train station (they are next to each other) to the villa. We loved walking around Antibes Old Town and ate out here on many occasions. Eze village is also a must! We decided not to hire a car and make use of the local buses, trains and UBER and a lot of walking but this suited us fine. There is a huge Carrefour supermarket approx 15 minutes walk from the villa. For lighter shops we walked there and back. For larger shops we would use UBER for the return journey, costing only 6 euros. The amount of fresh produce was excellent. Bus routes: Nearest bus stop from villa 10 minute walk - line 7 - limited times costs 1 euro to Antibes Next stop on is via Carrefour car park and a total of 20 minute walk from villa - lines 1,6 &9 these run very regularly and again cost 1 euro 200 bus from Antibes pole d'enchanges will take you to Cannes (45 minutes) or Nice (1hr) for only 1.50 TIP - take mosquito repellent We would definitely recommend this villa to friends & family. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette superbe villa avec une vue magnifique sur mer. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis dans cette villa pour passer des vacances inoubliables! Les enfants ont adorés la piscine :) Merci encore à Stephanie et Francois pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion ! Nous aimerions revenir l'année prochaine

Nous venons de passer d'agréables vacances dans cette location. La maison est confortable et nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Difficile de choisir où "lézarder" tant la terrasse et la piscine sont des endroits agréables et calmes. Le centre commercial (où l'on trouve de tout) ne se trouve qu'à 1 km. Le vieil Antibes est atteint en 10 minutes en voiture. Stéphanie et François, les propriétaires logent à côté. Ils sont d'une discrétion exemplaire. Cela en est presque dommage car ce sont des personnes vraiment gentilles et sympathiques. En résumé, une belle surprise tant au niveau de la location qu'au niveau humain.

Cette adresse fait partie de ces adresses que l'on souhaite garder pour soi... Cette villa logée sur les hauteurs d'Antibes, nous en avons apprécié tout le confort et la quiétude. Un bonheur partagé en famille ! Les enfants avaient hâte de plonger dans la piscine dès le matin et ils n'ont pas cessé de nous faire part de leur joie pendant et après notre séjour. Cette villa nous donne envie de ne pas en sortir : un véritable petit cocon loin de tout tumulte ! Une vue magnifique sur la mer, un beau jardin, différents coins repas extérieurs, barbecue à gaz, climatisation dans les chambres, proche de la ville et des commerces. C'est une villa confortable, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur, et très bien située. Enfin, la discrétion et la gentillesse des propriétaires nous donnent envie de revenir profiter de ce bel endroit.

Nous avons passe une semaine de rêve à 6 (2 adultes et 4 enfants) dans cette magnifique villa sur les hauteurs d'Antibes!!! La villa est superbement aménagée : la deco est de très bon goût et vous vous sentez d'emblée chez vous. Tout l'équipement est bien présent : lave vaisselle, cuisine super équipée, machine nespresso, Tv, chaîne stéréo. L'espace est bien grand et vous pouvez y loger à 6 sans aucun problème... Air co dans les chambres...ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein été! L'extérieur est tout aussi fabuleux que l'intérieur. Immense terrasse avec vue mer super bien aménagée où vous pouvez prendre repas (grande table) + BBQ au gaz et four à pizzas et aussi un coin plus tranquille pr apéro (fauteuils et parasol) ou siroter un petit café le matin en voyant le jour se lever sur la baie d'Antibes! Magique! La piscine est super et donne elle aussi vue sur mer. What else???? En face de la piscine, superbe terrasse couverte où déjeuner entre deux plongeons!!! Les proprios logent dans l'autre partie de la maison mais sont peu présents et d'une grande discrétion.ce qui ne les empêche pas d'être très très sympas et présents si on les sollicite pour un avis, un conseil (n'hésitez pas à demander leur avis, ils sont du coin et connaissent de nombreux bons plans resto, activités....). Bref, vous l'aurez compris, cet endroit est le paradis sur terre. Nos enfants sont revenus enchantés de leurs vacances et nous aussi.... J'ai même hésite à écrire ce commentaire tant un si bon plan...ça ne se partage pas...;-)
