Everything was wonderful. The owner was super friendly and chatted with us for a while. His English was exceptional! The room we stayed was clean and tidy. Love the skylight window inside the room. The owner designed a train track running around the building. The train operated in the morning. The owner would personally drive the train for my little one. The open area was warm and comfortable too. We bought some breakfast from the night before, warmed them up in-room and brought them out to eat. It was such a nice and cozy mini resort.
And I cared about laundry too. L-Based provided a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the common area. Very reasonably priced.

Great for children! Wall to climb and Hamac in the room... Japanese style room..tatami...super comfortable...we slept great...taking of shoes inside...
There is a tree house, and a small train for children on property...and city parks not even 5 minutes walking... in car, accessible to a lot of activities... matsumoto castle, alpine park... land lord speaks English...really clean.
Oh you need to press a button to turn on warm water... a bit before taking a bath.

A little hard to find... had to use GPS of the phone...because phone number brought us to restaurant...but otherwise nothing to say...

We loved how cute the property was upon arriving. The room itself was so cute and cozy. Our kids loved the added rock wall and hammock swing. It had everything we needed and more. We will be back!

It is a lovely place to stay and we all really enjoyed it, especially the kids. The hosts are so lovely. Highly recommended :-)
