This property was beautiful, close to the beach and perfect for our vacation. The owners were very responsive and quick to help us when needed. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Great property. The unit was outfitted very well and fit our needs perfectly. The shared downstairs pool table, lounge area and pool were a big hit. We stay in IRB every summer and this home is now at the top of the list for our future vacations to the beach. One of the other condo owners stopped by mid-week to perform a little maintenance/cleanup on the grounds and were super nice and had great things to say about our unit's owners as well as the other owners. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo included everything we needed for a beach family vacation. The condo was very clean, and the views were amazing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being steps away from the beach. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Overall, we had the perfect week at this property. The private pool was wonderful for our small kids, and never crowded from patrons of 3 other units. Being so close to the water was also great, so easy to go back and forth from pool deck to beach. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were nice. Location is perfect! Close to grocery store and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our nightly walks to the kooky coconut for ice cream too! The only complaint would be the lack of a vacuum. Being there a full week, we wanted to try to keep sand on the floors to a minimum but could only find a mop/vacuum device that didn't work very well. We will be back!

Overall we had a great time and the unit was just as we remembered it from a stay here last year. We had an issue with the plumbing and emailed the owner through VRBO but found that calling would have been more effective. Once we contacted the owner directly the issue was resolved quickly. Would stay again!

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect. We love when there are only a few units. Plenty of supplies in kitchen and lots of towels and beach chairs. We also met great people in the other units. Thanks again

The beach, the pool and the downstairs area were our favorite things about this condo. It was the perfect spot to just chill and relax! The condo was nice- we had 6 people and were comfortable. I loved that they left some condiments and things that we could use and we didn't have to buy things like ketchup...etc. My only drawback is that there weren't a lot of dishes/ baking sheets/ utensils and we tried to do a lot of our own cooking, but most people on vacation go out all the time, so this is probably fine for most. Thank you for a great vacation spot. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location with heated pool at great temperature! Condo is mostly updated and Neville. Sofa is comfortable. Well stocked. Beach is fabulous! Hot tub was not working but luckily the pool was well heated. Outdoor kitchen grill and frig by the pool was nice as well.

We love the Indian Rocks Beach. Never really have to drive anywhere. Everything is within walking distance. The people in area are very friendly. Definitely will come back.

Love the set up at this property. Can be on the beach in 20 steps. Can watch the pool and the beach from your balcony. Super convenient to everything. It’s our second time here and we will book again in the future.

Our vacation was perfect! This condo has everything we needed plus more. The home was beautiful and relaxing! Our kids loved the community pool table and all the beach toys/extras! We would love to come back to Indian Rocks Beach and stay in this wonderful home again!

What a wonderful place. Incredible location. Incredible accommodations. Great hosts. Best fishing spot on Indian Rocks Beach right in front of the condo! Don't hesitate to book this property, unless stairs are an issue for you. Third floor... We will be back for certain! Loved it!

The property is gorgeous, conveniently located and updated/clean. We enjoyed the communal pool area and outdoor kitchen so that we could enjoy as much pool and beach time as possible. We will definitely be back in the future.

The location was perfect. Sunset was directly in front of condo. Pool was nice and we had our own oceanfront access and view. The owners shared beach chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to CVS and ice cream shop. I will definitely refer friends and family and return soon.

Great Location, Fantastic layout, and very modern and clean. We have been vacationing in Indian Rocks for over 25 years and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. The place was immaculate and had absolutely everything you could possibly need and was walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip. Check-in was effortless. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Lots of extras, like condiments, Reynolds wrap, ziplock bags, laundry detergent, tp, spices, beach towels, beach chairs were included. Towels and linens were nice, not the cheap rental ones. Bedrooms were a good size, particularly master. Living room/kitchen was smaller than we expected, but we were there for the beach!! Ocean views were lovely with easy beach access, literally steps from beach. Outdoor kitchen and rec area by the pool was a nice bonus. Pool was a bit smaller than it appeared in pictures. If all 4 units were rented, it could get quite crowded. There was one other family there when were, so rotating it's use was not an issue really. There was a handyman there a couple of days making repairs/improvement. Beach was not crowded at all! Water was lovely most of our trip, but the sargassum the last couple of days was reminiscent of the Carribean. We saw lots of wildlife, 2 manatees swam right by us in the ocean! Easy walk to dining and light shopping, ice cream parlor on the corner was good. Owner was responsive throughout the process. Would define ty recommend for a small family or couples. We would certainly rent again.

Had a blast. House was perfect. Very clean and plenty of room. Weather was excellent. Restaurants are in walking distance and ice cream at the kooky coconut is a must. Hope to be back soon . Thank you for sharing your home with us.
