A little out of town but that was because we didn’t have a car and was walking everywhere.

PAINT PEELING OFF CEILING in all rooms...see photos.
VERY NOISEY AirCon/Heating Compressor will wake you up if you sleep near window.
DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AirCon/Heating blowing lots of dirt & dust into room...see attached photos.
VERY UNSAFE WINDOW that doesn't close.
UNCOMFORTABLE sagging bed.

Check in was quite simple, the room was clean, and nice and cool which was great with a toddler.
The mattress was a bit hard to get used to, but that's a small nit pick among a lot of positives.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice updated bathroom. Close to town. Excellent choice for a value for money stay. Very pleasantly surprised.

We were only at the hotel for a very short amount of time but it was clean and quiet and very conveniently situated near the town. Plenty of car park space. And the bottle of fresh milk given to us on arrival was a nice touch! The pool looked lovely but unfortunately we were only passing through and didn't have time to use it.
Unfortunately, the beds weren't very comfortable.

Clean, quiet, good location. Nice swimming pool. Comfy bed. Good sized room. Lovely family running it.
Only one very minor detail, just could do with providing hand towels as well as bath towels.
