The staff met al the needs and more. They went out od their way to help and to see thet mu stay was as cnmfortable aa possible.

No really a place for kids, no much to do for them just the pool, breakfast super simple for a 4 star hotel, same everyday and not much option, also the presentation isn’t great, all juices and dishes covered with clean film. the internet doesn’t work in the rooms.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel looks like new and it was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there. The Ipioca Beach must be one of the most beautiful in Maceio.

It would be very helpful if menu in the restaurant and in the bar next to the beach has version in English or Spanish. We don't speak Portuguese.

Breakfast is poor and could be of much better quality, offering more choices. I have ordered the fish bites and they were out of a frozen bag, nothing special just deep fried fish nuggets
