Great location
Not enough pillows, no complimentary coffee, bed was hard, no spare blankets and spa didnt work.

No breakfast offered but we were self catered
Extremely overpriced for a small one bedroom apartment. Very little natural light and windows very difficult to open. Very little privacy as facing public walkway and car park. Appalling locking mechanism on door making entry and exit difficult.

The location right next to the town, the cleanliness of the room. We are aloud to use the pool/spa that the other motel, we shared the space with. The price is very good, for what is on offer. The location, the room and utilities that are on the property
I would say the TV antenna, with how inconsistent we can watch the tv. With no Foxtel, the wind did determine what we could watch. Where we had to get the keys from, had go into town to get them and drop them off. That might if been my bad tho, since I didn’t fully read the emails, coming up to the days coming up to the stay

No toilet paper, no tissues, odd crockery, no wardrobe, nowhere to put suitcases, the blinds in the bedroom didn't meet and there was a 4" gap where anyone could look into the bed room :( and the bed was a bit hard :( Bathroom was tiny and the spa bath wasn't easy to get in and out of, would have preferred a shower only, there wasn't a designated car spot, the driveway was very narrow and difficult to park, the fern at the front door covered more than half of the entrance.
Location, separate bedroom to kitchen/dining/lounge, close to Anglesea shops, on the Great Ocean Road, and fairly quiet
