kitchen water was a bit brown understand it uses tank water have had clear tank water before.

A lovely comfortable house in a great location with breathtaking views and a gorgeous bookcase full of interesting books and toys. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfy. We even had a resident koala in the tree outside. we will
definitely be back!

Location was great. The view was excellent and the surrounds peaceful. Great for families as they even have toys, books and dvds for the little ones!

Amazing location - easy to find and amazing breakfast views over Wye Roger. Beds super comfy and clean on arrival. Easy access with lockbox and super close to beach and shops.
Very poor communication (though maybe an issue with Great Ocean Road property manager, rather than owners)... message sent the Friday morning on the day of check in still not answered by Sunday evening, after I’d already left.
A few things a bit run down - for example one of the door shelves in the fridge smashed and left on top of the unit, one of the sliding doors on the deck off its runner so couldn’t be left open without letting bugs in.
