The location. How cosy the place is. Privacy.
Some of the appliances are worn off and cleaning the place before you host guests would be appreciated.

Ground floor stunning. Easy access to the pool, beach and tennis courts. Lovely flat.
The pipe in the main bedroom that is in the cupboard when water ran through it at night it woke me up continuously

The whole apartment was So CLEAN and immediately after seeng the apartment there was a Beach vibe, our experience was exceptional and will definitely make use of 20 Key largo again 😁

The outdoor facilities are great, with easy access to the beach. Whilst small the accommodation was suitable.
There is no access to WiFi, it is as important as dstv. Arranging for a cleaning service was a problem.

Host was great, directions easy to follow.
There's a lot of mould and moisture in the unit so difficult to stay with a child with allergies. Bathroom needs updating, it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

Conveniently located. Walk to the beach. The unit is comfortable for two.
The dinnerware , cutlery, pots, and cups were dirty. Pots had mold growing in it. Blanket was dirty and evidence that it was used nd not cleaned after. No cleaning service. No cupboard space for groceries.
