Great little place to stay, very comfortable and accommodating. Easy access and close to a lot of attractions, restaurants, etc. Will definately stay again!

We received clear messages from the host and the check in process was very simple and easy. Only the second time using VRBO so still a little uneasy with the process but this could not have been easier.

Walk to Publics, plus Cilantro Mexican Restaurant & Maple Biscuit Restaurant are very close and very good. Uber to and from airport $22 each way. $7 to $9 Uber to everywhere else. 13 stop trolley tour (u can start by the on at the Belmont Mansion stop, its the closest) was awesome. Restaurants on 12th street were great. We loved Bottle cap for a burger. Shops are on 12th as well, lots of clothing stores. First floor apartment right on the end of the building. The place itself is clean and a good size. Very well decorated. Great, easy to use, new key button lock for access. Small Roku TV. Netflix. Bed was firm and nice, but a bit tall (waste high for us). I'd change the hanging light over the bed, we hit our head on it several times. Nice place to store and plug in your phone on either side of the bed. Bath, small but usable, shower had good water pressure. Towels and bedding all great. Kitchen well equipped. Only negative was on our last night, upstairs neighbor was very loud at 1-3 in the morning. Drunk, we think and rolling a toy over the floor for their dog. Finally yelled at them and they stopped. Owner said they were working on correcting this. Overall, we would stay here again and visit some of the museums.
