The breakfast is really well done at this place. Huge selection on pretty much everything like the bread, fruit, meats and eggs. Also vegan and dietary options available for lactose intolerance and gluten. The hotel also went out of their way to update the booking last minute due to flight issues. Overal an amazing place to stay.

The elevator sometimes was hard to control due to the card readers. I can understand the need for card readers on the doors etc, but having the same mechanism for the elevator was a bit annoying at times.

Whatever you do, avoid the rooms next to the elevators. They are absurdly noisy. Don't even understand why they even rent these rooms out. Shambles. I stayed on the 6th floor in room 605. Avoid it!

Location was amazing. Near restaurants, bars and only a short walk from the train station. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast was provided and the buffet had a sufficient selection of hot and cold food options, drinks, tea/coffee as well as fruit. Liked the common area with games, papers, tea/coffee and biscuits.

Rich breakfast, great position of the hote, central but quiet area. Room was decorated with attention at the details. Nice Gym and pingpong area. Our 7 yr boy said that was the nicest hotel until now. He liked also the plush dogs from the room

The hotel is located in the center. Clean and spacious as expected. The breakfast was wonderful.

I tried to check in earlier and I was denied, and 2 people in front of me checked in early 10 min after.

The price was great, considering its location, and breakfast buffet was amazing.

The parking was disappointing. The website said there was on-site parking available, but when we got there, it was full. We had to find off-site parking, which was expensive for two nights.

No air conditioning, so windows were open a little and so in the early hours of the morning we were woken by drunken shouting from the Irish pub next door.

everything was great! the room was small but it was ok for two person. Great location! just in the city centre in few steps from Lilla torg. we asked for having a late check-out and an extra pillows and we got that without problems! very good breakfast!!!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the central events, clean, quiet, organized. On foot a few minutes from the main railway. The staff is very kind and cordial. The breakfast is exceptional, varied. In the hotel lobby you have free coffee, tea, cookies available to hotel guests throughout the day. I warmly recommend it. If we visit Malmö again, it will definitely be our re-election

It's central so some people pre-game there. There was a room of 4 middle aged men getting very drunk throwing a small party with loud music. Considering it was a Friday and they left around 11pm it wasn't too bad. Also, upgrade the room size if possible. The smallest room in the range has everything you need but it is snug. Otherwise excellent on all other counts.

I liked when we checked out and got away from this place, worst service I have ever had

For starters, I booked and had confirmation for a deluxe double rooftop room, got a single room with windows out to the exhaust from HVAC. Got charged extra for a small dog, but not any refund on the room. Reception claimed they had agreed the room change with me, but I have not had any contact since the booking confirmation on the deluxe room. I complained several times but no one in reception would take responsibility, said I should take it with booking.com. I then sent a email to the reception asking them to confirm that they did not live up to their, end so I could have something to show booking.com. Again no one in the reception would take responsibility. They claimed the room change was due to the small dog, but it was hard fitting just 2 people in that room, very pet unfriendly, there was no free space, I fear for anyone bringing a larger dog. When I booked the deluxe double rooftop room, it said pet friendly but there would be a extra charge, no mention of being moved to what I would put on my top 3 of worst hotel rooms I have ever had. See photo for that deluxe double rooftop room I paid for, but did not get.

Breakfast: a lot of choices of fresh goods. All in all very good. Room: good size room Bathroom: clean and comfortable shower. Very good water pressure In regards to these attributes I would consider coming back.

My room was right next to the elevator shaft: every time the elevator moved it was like someone was hoovering my room. This way I did not sleep much. I decided to use the hotel parking underneath the hotel: I was very glad I only drove a very small car, as the spaces were very tight. Also: apparently you need a special keycard in order to leave the garage. I only found out the first time I tried to get out. The staff had not informed me about this and had not provided me wit this card. There is a number you can dial when you are in the garage if something is not working: but because you're in the basement of the building, you have no connection and therefore this does not work. Result: you have to park your car again, go back up to the reception desk to get assistance.
