One of the strongest points of the apartment is its location. The Duomo, La Scala, several museums, and the metro are within a short walk. In addition, there is a small supermarket nearby.
The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bedroom is comfortable and cozy. And, the sitting area is spacious.
We enjoyed our stay in Milan and would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in the center of Milan.

The bed is low to the floor & fills the room, so not good, especially for seniors. Also, the bed is on another level, so stairs to bathroom in the night. Not a lot of space if you have large suitcases. Good location for bus, stores. A busy street, so sirens every night. Nice terrace but it rained, so we didn’t get to enjoy it.

This is quite a small sixth floor apartment in walking distance of shopping, sight-seeing and other Milan attractions.
Two adults managed in the very small rooms but I wouldn’t have wanted to have a third person in the group. Also, we found the bed quite uncomfortable in the tiny bedroom space. Even though it’s on the sixth floor there is quite a lot of road noise especially sirens.

What a treat it was to stay in this apartment for 3 days exploring Milano. I was there to celebrate my 50th birthday and it could not have been a more perfect setting, perfect location and perfect place to rest my head after strolling the streets of Milano all day. I will return, for sure, and will absolutely recommend to others! Grazie Mille for a perfect experience!

Francesca's apartment is light, colorful, and cozy. The bed and other furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is bright and well-equipped for doing simple cooking, and an espresso machine with pods makes breakfast at home perfect. The large terrace, with its many green plants, adds a wonderful, peaceful feeling and is a good place to relax after a day on the streets. Francesca was very responsive to questions ahead of time and she met and showed us the apartment upon our arrival. We highly recommend the apartment as a base for a visit to Milan.

Well situated, clean. Francesca was a good host. There was an obvious issue with mosquitos in the appartment which was not communicated. There were traps/repellents in the appartment, so it seemed like this was known by the host.
Even with all windows closed they were getting in and affected our sleep.

We stayed four nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The huge terrace adds another living space, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the bedroom is small yet comfortable and there is a very big walk-in closet for clothes and luggage. It is on the 6th and top floor with a lift, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again!

"I enjoy coming back to this apartment." This was said by my husband on numerous occasions and I think sums up how delightful the place is. We enjoyed the terrace in the mornings at breakfast and in the evenings for our glass of wine.
Francesca was an ideal host. She was responsive to our late arrival and to our need for assistance in finding my husband's lost glasses.
The living area and bedroom are comfortable, light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine is an extra plus.
And the location is great. 10 minutes to the Duomo, the GoldenTriangle and the Metro.
We would rent this apartment the next time we are in Milan.

Wonderful!
We really enjoyed this charming flat in the heart of Milan’s historic district. Just a quick walk to the Duomo and Galleria shopping mall, Teatro Alla Scala and much more. It was a wonderful experience. The terrace/balcony was great. We had our meals out there every time we ate in and enjoyed the view. Our host Francesca was very attentive and lived nearby, she greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the flat with tips for getting around Milan. Highly recommend!

Lovely Terrace facing East for morning sun
This is a well located flat with a large terrace filled with hydrangeas and roses. Perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, etc as well as a dish washer.
Although on a busy street, the flat is on the 6 th floor so fairly quiet.
The only negative is the shower which is in a small bathtub and rather treacherous. The furnishings are pretty and stylish.

The minute we walked into this beautiful property, we immediately could see ourselves enjoying all the features including dining on the wonderful terrace. The apartment has a great kitchen, is spacious and beautifully furnished with special details which make you feel as if you are a guest in someone's home. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to know exactly what to expect, photos can sometimes be a bit deceiving, but this property was right on target !!! What you see is what you get!!... and more!! Be prepared to enjoy a wonderful time, if you rent this apartment. Great location, everything is a convenient walk, the grocery store is just around the corner. Beautiful garden patio just steps from Duomo
We loved our stay in this apartment. Francesca made check-in and check-out very easy, she also had many helpful tips in the guest guidebook. The rooftop patio makes this place something really special. We enjoyed having our meals in a lovely garden setting looking out over the rooftops. The location was perfect for seeing the sights. The Duomo and shopping district are within easy walking distance, public transit is also close by. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our week stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment and good location
We spent 5 nights recently, and from meeting Francesca to our departure, everything was lovely. It's as beautiful old building and the terrace is wonderful, AC works well, there is everything you need. We would stay here again.
For Americans who forget.....pack some wash cloths!
Just a note of caution about Milan....the metro quits running at midnight, taxis are available only at taxi stands, and a permit is required for autos to come into this part of the city center. We highly recommend walking to the Brera district.

We have stayed in several HomeAway/VRBO apartments and this one is one of, if not the, best.
Location, cleanliness, elevator to top floor, quiet, quality of furnishings, etc.

Awesome location, beautiful flat, responsive owner
It’s hard to say enough good things about this lovely apartment. It’s in a great location, the owner is so responsive, and the pictures on the website are just as the flat looks. We have stayed in many homeaway.com rentals but this one is hard to beat.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Francesca was a great host, met us upon arrival even though our train was late. Gave recommendations for local restaurants everything else you needed was available in the apartment. We enjoyed the patio immensely.

Close to everything and very enchanting
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything that we would want in a home away from home was there. It was very charming , close to the metro and restaurants and we would stay there again.

Designer Beautiful Terrific Service
When in Milan, surrounded by women riding bicycles in 5 inch heels and architecture that will leave you speechless, go home to this apartment and your mood will keep its high. A designer's attention to detail permeates this apartment, the furnishings were just as shown in the pictures but in person it all comes alive. Francesco, the manager, was passionate about providing top service. Lovely touches like snacks and shampoo and shower gel made us feel welcome and well cared for. The terrace was lovely in the morning and late evening and I enjoyed doing Yoga while accompanied by nearby church bells. The Duomo was a 5 minute walk from the apartment and a grocery store around the corner. Look no further if you plan on staying in Milan.

Beautiful flat for two with gorgeous terrace
We stayed at this apartment for three nights. It had everything we needed. The apartment was as described. The elevator was a welcome service given that this apartment is on the 6th floor.
The kitchen had all of the amenities and utensils we wanted and were able to make delicious meals and eat them on the very large terrace. Francesca had provided a platter of traditional food items that was a nice touch.
The Simpli grocery store around the corner has everything you could need - includig an enoteca located on the 2nd floor.
There is a generous storage closet for suitcases and hanging all of your clothes.
The apartment has a washing machine, clothes-drying rack, and one of the best irons I've used at a rental accommodation. These were really appreciated.
Information available in the apartment about local restaurants, services and attractions was very helpful.
Francesca was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Unfortunately she wasn't available to greet us on the day of check-in and had a friend available to look after us instead. There were some mix-ups due to this that delayed our arrival; however, that was the only negative aspect of our stay.
