The bed was really big and comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were really nice and helpful. Great value for money.
There was a sewage smell coming from the shower the first day/night.

close to ADO station, Wifi worked very well, staff were friendly
water took forever to get warm and the shower pretty much flooded the entire bathroom, mattress on single bed was worn out and uncomfortable, Weren’t able to switch off A/C which means we froze all night.

Very early check-in with no extra charge, professional and discreet staff, cozy rooms, good bathrooms, relatively quiet location. Excellent hotel.

My stay was immaculate to say the least! I had issues with payment upon arrival and the woman at the front desk(short blonde hair) was more than helpful getting approval for collateral until I got myself situated. I ended staying another night because of how well I was treated here! I would highly recommend this place if you're traveling for work or just leisure..quiet and in a great location!! During the day it is quite busy and very lovely with great food at every corner! A little sketchy at night but it is Mexico( though a misconception among the bold). Thanks again Choco team!!
