Room & Staff very good
The design of the breakfast room was very poor, and the food was unappealing
The number of flies was unacceptable 😡

The corridors smelled funny

central location once found by car which was a bit of a nightmare
air conditioning not power full enough and noise from the local square which lasted until 2.30 am

Great location, lovely plaza with numerous cafes and bars. The bedroom was large and so was the bathroom. Some of the staff were friendly, particularly the cleaning lady and the young dark haired lady in the cafe/breakfast area. Large lounge area. It would have been nice to have known more about the history of the hotel (nothing on the hotel’s website). There were some interesting photos in the lounge.
Some construction noise in the hotel at 8am should have been deferred until later in the day (broken lift). Breakfast could be improved, the area is cramped and disproportionate to the size of the hotel and the selection is limited.

Amazing sunny terrace with our family room and great views. Superb location on a little pedestrianised square with a nice atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Lovely and quiet too as the room was on the 5th floor.
Breakfast was nice, not amazing. Quite a lot of flies in the buffet area.

Great location.
Had 5 hotels during this trip in Spain and this was the worst experience. Room without soul, window facing the wall, very dark in room, breakfast better do not even think about.

Julietta (Reception & Check In). Excellent, Professional, Extremely Helpful, Friendly, Welcoming & Informative. Julietta is a real Asset to the Hotel. The Cleaning Team did an excellent job each day and the room was always serviced very well. Hotel Location is very good, in the centre of the Old Town. Lovely spacious room with a view over the Square - highly recommended.
Everything About the Breakfast! The Breakfast room at the rear of the ground floor is soul-less & requires a complete refurbishment. It contains an old wardrobe & storage cupboards & very basic tables & chairs. The space is very uninspiring - yet could be so much more. There is a dated 'garden wall' to the rear and perhaps this should be replaced with modern mirrors to enhance the feel and size of this small room.
The food available over the 3 day stay was the same each day & it was all very uninspiring, very bland, basic, tasteless and dull, so on Day 3 breakfast was avoided as it was becoming unbearable! Tea, coffee and orange juice had to be requested (it was not available via self serve) and (for example) on New Years' Day there was just ONE staff member (Sandra) covering everything Breakfast (serving these drinks to everyone, whilst also clearing, cleaning and preparing tables, replenishing the bland buffet and satisfying individual guests' requests. Sandra did very well but really shouldn't have been alone!
The food available consisted of:- Processed ham, serrano ham, processed cheese, albino bread rolls, croissants, butter & jam & oil sachets, 3 bruised/old apples, some chopped tortilla on a plate and a few plain yoghurt pots and tomato frito spread. There was one small, very dated, unclean toaster for all to queue to use. There was no pepper to improve the taste. There was no healthy option brown bread or chopped fruit, and no eggs (in any style) made available - which should be a standard option for any buffet breakfast offering.
The Breakfast staff were very friendly & did the best job they could but we believe the breakfast experience really did disappoint, and it let the hotel down. Interestingly, there are 'Breakfast Feedback Forms' left in each room, which the Management request Guests to complete anonymously and leave in their rooms upon departure.
