Dimitri is a wonderful and welcoming host! He makes your stay feel at home with just enough luxury and decadence, without it becoming over the top and impersonal. And he clearly brings his artistic background to the experience. A wonderful change to the 'normal' run of the mill (although often also perfectly fine) hotels on work trips. The room was beautifully done with more than enough to meet any needs or wants... The 'room' I had, had a kitchen facility area, living room area and dining area, a seperate roomy bedroom (with a very comfortable bed, closet space and aircon (weather was quite warm when I stayed) and a separate bathroom with stand alone bath and separate walk-in shower. All decorated in style (each floor is decorated tastefully in different period-styles). All areas are set up very spacious. I even had a small balcony that could fit a chair. All windows are large but well soundproofed. Breakfast was delicious and made personally.
There's even a small elevator so you don't need to carry bags up the stairs to your room even though the guesthouse is created within a residential building.

A unique property decorated with an artistic eye for detail. We had a larger bedroom and amazing bathroom, both decorated in an art deco style with fine attention to detail. Despite being in an urban area our room looked down on a green space. The host was a delight and breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room which reflected the owner’s passion for art and artistry. All in all a wonderful find with easy access to dining, shopping and the old part of Brussels.

"Exceptional" does not begin to describe Louise Sur Cour. This is truly a remarkable property that we are going to be talking about for years to come. Our host, Dmitri, has created a gorgeous guesthouse with delightful and unexpected touches everywhere you look. Our Art Deco style room was brilliantly designed and furnished with a bathrom to die for, a deliciously comfortable bed and excellent climate control. And the breakfast! So far beyond any breakfast we have had at any other property, with fresh fruit, omelets made to order, delicious breads and pastries and fresh juice. Dmitri is also very generous with good advice for things to do in Brussels. We simply could not have been happier with our choice of accomodations.

Dimitri was a great host, he made you feel welcome from the first moment. He is a wonderful artist, some of his works are portrayed in the house. The building itself and the rooms are beautiful. Every morning he welcomed us with a great breakfast and tips to see and do in Brussels. We'll certainly come back again!

You can tell his passion for running this place and to provide the BEST experience for his guests. Always thoughtful, and always so considerate. Part of me don’t want to share such great feedback so this stays as a hidden gem 🤭 but! This is a must-not-miss stay for you. 100%.

And don’t like the 3 stops from MIDI station stops you from booking this place. it’s absolutely not a problem at all and very convenient to get to by train, and around the area.

From the moment we walked in,we could tell that so much thought,care and attention had been paid to every little detail. It has the wow factor! Our bedroom and bathroom were incredible. Breakfast was delicious and you Dimitri the perfect host.

The love and care shown to the property was exceptional. It had wonderful art work that contributed to a fabulous ambience. We had the suite, which was more like an apartment and were really able to relax and have a more home from home feel.
Dimitri is a wonderful host and is proud of the property and city and was eager to help us work through what we should see. Based on his recommendation we went to the flea market and really enjoyed it and wouldn't have done this without his recommendation.

There is such term as "taste expirience", in case of Louise sur Cour I would name it as "property experience". Absolutely amazing authentic rooms, created (built would be too simple word to say) almost from scratch by Dimitri himself. Dimitri put the heart and soul into this building, you will feel this during the stay. I will not say about the all secrets, let it be a surprise for you. :)

Old home with character, charm, and Dimitri's personal art touches. The house has beautiful high ceilings, and even a lift if you have mobility issues. The breakfast as mentioned earlier is excellent, with a wide choice.

The house is very beautiful, and the host is exceptionally warm and attentive to guests' needs. The location is convenient for a 15-20 minutes walk to city center. The room (in our case Napoleon III) was generous in size, with a memorable decoration which made our stay pleasant and comfy. We enjoyed the breakfast (not only the food, but also the dining room and the service) as well as the great attention to smallest details. It was an unexpected joy and we are looking forward to come back!

We loved our stay at Louise sur Cour. The house was impeccable, clean and every decoration detail in the room/house was taken care of with love and patience. We have lived in Brussels for 25 years and we had never seen such a beautiful house. Dimitri was lovely to talk to and explained us his parcour and how he ended up with this Guest House projetc, it was truly a pleasure to learn more about his story. Special mention to the the breakfast which was simply amazing! Dimitri prepared himself eggs, crepes, granola and all sort of delicious bits for breakfast
