finding location to get keys was not easy. And then had to go to apartment location. 10 am check out is early.

Lovely spacious apartment with direct access to the pool. Great outdoor space for lazying or entertaining. An abudance of towels which is not something you usually find. 2 bathrooms, 2 showers & a whirlpool bath which the kids loved. Excellent location for access to the beach and local restaurants only a 10minute walk away. Very secure gated property with security gates, intercom & key access which gives peace of mind when having young children. Nice quiet location too. Having the pool almost right outside was ideal for taking the little ones swimming and for having over friends/family for a day around the pool while sunbathing.

Some additional outdoor chairs would be nice as there was only 3. Also 1 or 2 sunloungers would be a nice addition. The lady who gave us the key seemed in a rush and i wanted her to show me the apartments facilities and check it over with me before she rushed off but didnt want to.

Need more pillows and plugs in sinks. We also had trouble locking sliding doors.

Large spacious apartment, with huge balcony. Very modern and clean. Within walking distance of the beach and main tourist shops of praia da rocha. Lidl and Aldi are just a short drive away. The washing machine was a bonus as we could wash our clothes before coming home

There is a marble shelf that separates the kitchen and lounge. When you sit on the sofa you bang your head on the shelf. I did it 3 times!

A different host called in the morning to apologize about the incident that had occurred overnight and Extended our check out time.

Bad communication overall. We arrived at 1am with no keys or instructions on how to access the facility. Host did not properly contact the guests. Upon arrival, guest could not get a hold of property manager at all. Once guest got a hold of personnel, they were very unprofessional, yawning on the phone and seemed uninterested at the situation at hand. We stayed outside the property for close to an hour awaiting access to the room at 2am in the morning. We had to access the room thru the kitchen back door which was accidentally left unlocked. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, especially after driving 2 hours from Lisbon to Portmao.

Nice apartment in a good location. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen with all we needed, extra blankets in the two rooms.

On check in we had to wait for 45 minutes out in the street with all our luggage, to the person to arrive with the keys. No parking on building. The shutters do not work correctly on the room, so the strong sun entered the room at 7am. The day before checkout we had a situation and tried to call someone to see if we could checkout at mid day or try and arrange something. But no one answered the phones. No one had the decency to call back or pick up the phone. They just answered by the platform messages saying "You need to leave at 10h00", no matter what. Very rude people running vacation properties. No matter if the apartment is nice, if the experience is not good, everything is ruined. I wouldn't like to stay again in a property managed by this company. I do will be going back to Algarve.

We had a very very good vacation at the hotel. Comfortable place, with good equipment and a great location. Had a great stay. Will definitely come again.

Lovely apartment, spotless and cozy. My kids loved the place, especially the pool was very refreshing. Bargain for its price!
