Location was perfect for the beach
The air on was nosy and located on the balcony. Sitting on the balcony was not that pleasant due to the fumes from the heating boiler.

The apartment was clean and modern, yet in an ancient building in old town. We loved watching everything going on the street below from our terrace. And the view from the rooftop was incredible! Super convenient to both the beach and restaurants.
The walk from parking was really hot, but we appreciated not having a lot of cars in the old town.

The registration of passport and communication back and forth via the booking.com app + form + email was a bit tedious.

The apartment is in the perfect location in Cefalu. it is amazing to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. it is also fantastic to hear the sea at night when you are in bed. The owners were lovely. very welcoming. we had a brilliant stay in Balconi Bellavista and I would strongly recommend it.

fantastic location close to the beach. We stayed in an old building close to the harbour with a direct view out to sea. Big living room and kitchen had everything you need. There is a bakery next door and 100M access to the sea. Clear blue water and we swam twice a day. Lots of restaurants in every direction. The host representative (Girolamo Coco) was very nice, sent emails and text messages in advance of our visit and was very pleasant and helpful on arrival.
You enter the apartment directly into the bedroom and then move into the living room. The bed is small in length - perhaps to fit in and my feet hung over the end. I am not tall - 5'7" - if you are tall this will not work for you. The pillows could be replaced - they are lumpy and the use of a plastic sheet on top of the mattress meant the bed covers shifted.
I had family in two other apartments in the same building. I suspect the apartments were carved out of a bigger set of rooms. It did not spoil the holiday as everything else was so good.

Christian was great and very good about communicating with us to meet with him, help us get to the property and helped us get our bags up to the property. Very accommodating!!
There was nothing we didn't like, however, the bathroom was slightly on the small side.

Everything! Comfortable and spacious apartment in the most amazing location - simply stunning views! Our hosts were so professional and welcoming and helped us several times with local knowledge throughout our stay. Our sunset cruise with them was one of the highlights of our time In Italy.

Very good communication for the booking.Christian the host met us at the apartment. Extremely welcoming & gave us good information. The apartment is located on a street in the centre of Cefalu. The view is excellent over looking the sea. Easy apartment to keep cool. Bed very comfortable. Bakery, supermarket, restaurants all in walking distance.
Nothing much. Could do with a few more cleaning products for the kitchen to keep it clean. Also possibly a sun umbrella for the balcony when it is in full sun.

Amazing location - made our stay magical! The views from the windows and porch are fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Parking in the nearby public lot was easy. Very clean, recently updated, and there was a washing machine!
The young man who met us and showed us around the apartment was great - kind and helpful! I got lost on our way to Cefalu and he waited for us to check in. He made us lunch reservations and was quick to respond to any inquiries that I made.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The view is amazing. The apartment is lovely and the location is perfect. Highly recommended.
It only had one air conditioning unit which meant it was very hot in high summer. But our host was going to address this immediately after our stay when we brought it up. He even gave a discount.

The location was amazing, quite central and the view is breathtaking. The host was very friendly with lots of suggestions and helpful. We were offered a bottle of tasty wine and some refreshments.
When there are 4+ guests it can be tricky to move from one room to another because they are all linked to each other, even though the apartment is very spacious. There is only one bathroom so it was a bit difficult for us.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The beach was directly below the balcony and the sound of the sea was constantly around us. It was truly magical and if I am ever in Cefalu again, this will be the first place I will look to stay.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The owner of the apartment and his son are incredibly nice- they hold a parking sport for us when we arrived and helped us navigate around the city. The view is breathtaking (just like the pictures). The apt was very clean! I will def come back here!
