Very nice place to stay
We were picked up by the arrangement of Lydia, very easy and quick.
Then Dennis welcomed us when we arrived at the apartment.
The place is nice and cozy! Quiet and sunny! I’d come back again very very soon!
I definitely recommend this place for your stay in Dubrovnik!

Comfortable Apartment in a Great Location
The owner arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, and the manager met us at the apartment. The apartment was cozy, clean, quiet, and has a washer and a dryer down the hall. The location is ideal, it is a three minute walk to Pile Gate, with restaurants, a bakery, two small markets, buses, and taxis along the way. The only suggestion I would make is that the decor be refreshed. All in all we had a good stay.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and located just outside the Old City, which was great for avoiding noise and numerous steps. The A/C , internet, and bedding were terrific - great to return to after a full day of touring each day. Both the owner and the manager were very nice and professional. This will be a repeat for us if we return to Dubrovnik.

Great apartment just outside of the Old City
The apartment was clean, quiet, and located just outside the Old City, which was great for avoiding noise and numerous steps. The A/C , internet, and bedding were terrific - great to return to after a full day of touring each day. Both the owner and the manager were very nice and professional. This will be a repeat for us if we return to Dubrovnik.

Great location and very clean and functional apartment. It’s cozy, but we were very comfortable as a family of 4 with 2 young girls. The host was very friendly and I would certainly recommend this to anyone. The apartment is very close to a couple of small supermarkets, but in a very peaceful location and within a minute walk of the beach.

Location, location, location
It is a very comfortable apartment, well-equipped with everything we could need, a little cozy but fine for two of us. You could probably put a child or two in the loft, but we would not recommend it for more than one couple of adults.
The location was fantastic, outside the old city walls, but only a few minutes walk to the Pile Gate, down a main street past a couple of small markets, a good bakery, and two pizza restaurants. It was down a narrow walking "street" (across from the Hilton Hotel) and quiet, back away from the main street, off an interior garden, and there was a back door from the garden to a small beach (mostly locals, it appeared) with a small restaurant and bar. So there was great access to the oid city and easy to get away from the crowds afterwards.
