Située au-dessus du magnifique village de Kalkan, la villa offre un luxe et une intimité totale, mais avec un accès facile à toutes les commodités. Sur un terrain de 1/3 d'acre et de la taille d'un petit hôtel, la villa offre un espace intérieur et extérieur de la plus haute qualité et peut accueillir 12 personnes dans un confort égal. En raison de sa taille, Eagles Lodge peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes sur des canapés-lits confortables dans le salon. La villa a une piscine à débordement de 19m qui a un système de chauffage et un jacuzzi intégré. La villa dispose également d'un générateur industriel qui assure une alimentation électrique totale en cas de coupure de courant.
Notre villa est conçue sur deux étages et aucune chambre n'est mansardée ou compromise. Il est entouré d'un parc arboré d'oliviers et la position élevée et la vue imprenable sur la mer garantissent une tranquillité et une intimité totales. Eagles Lodge comprend une piscine à débordement chauffée de 19 m (coût hebdomadaire supplémentaire) avec jacuzzi, barbecue, grande terrasse ensoleillée avec 12 chaises longues, coin repas ombragé, douche extérieure et beaucoup de parking. Il n'y a pas d'autres villas pour au moins 150 mètres, vous avez donc une intimité totale
À l'intérieur, il y a des carreaux de travertin et de marbre, se combinant avec une cuisine de luxe crème, une buanderie, une grande salle à manger (12 sièges) et un salon avec des canapés pour 12 adultes, une grande télévision avec satellite et WIFI. Les chambres ont toutes une vue imprenable sur la mer, des salles de bains et de grands balcons. Il y a 6 caméras de vidéosurveillance, 4 coffres-forts et un système d'alarme complet et facile à utiliser. Il y a 4 sèche-cheveux et des miroirs pleine longueur dans toutes les chambres. Eagles Lodge est de la taille d'un petit hôtel, mais nous l'avons limitée à six chambres afin que personne dans la fête ne soit déçu de leur chambre car ils sont tous à un niveau de luxe similaire

Eagles lodge is a perfect house for a large family group. We were 8 adults, 3 kids and a baby - each bedroom has its own en suite and amazing views of Kalkan bay… it meant that everyone had a good room… something that is not always easy to find in a big villa!
The pool was wonderful, as was the terrace. The views are unreal… even better than we’d expected.
Definitely recommend this lovely house for a big group.

From start to finish we had the best time, everything was wonderfully organised and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is beautiful with the most stunning views of Kalkan. Our party ranged from 2-70 years old and everyone loved it. This is definitely somewhere we will be going back to thankyou so much to Sarah (villa owner) and the people who were always on hand to help if needed x

We were a party of 9 - grandparents in their mid 70s, children in their 40s and grand children 10-16. We had an absolutely amazing time! Sara was fantastic about communication upfront and helping us out with local recommendations.
The villa was incredibly clean and spacious, and air con in all the rooms made a massive difference during a heatwave. Huge pool and loads of outside space meant we all had enough room to spread out, and no neighbours too close by so noise wasn't an issue. The day out of on the boat was a real highlight of the holiday.
We mostly took taxis down into town (100 L) which was really quick and easy, although a few people did walk down the hill. Sensational views and a fantastic setting for a great holiday. Thank you!

12 of us on this family holiday, and we loved our time at the villa. Bright, clean and spacious.Even with 12 of us we never felt on top of each other, there was plenty of room, even the bedrooms are very spacious, and the added balcony space for each room. The pool was loved by all, the infinity pool gave a great view over Kalkan. We enjoyed meals in the great restaurants of Kalkan, but also enjoyed time at the villa with meals at home, including the bbq. Caretaker was helpful, the villa owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. We were also lucky to have the amazing boat trip to Kekova. Everyone on this holiday was so happy, we can't fault this villa, it's location & Kalkan in any way. Highly recommended by our family.

The villa is amazing. It’s exactly like on the pictures. It is placed at the end of the street, easy to find, in a calm location. Although on the steep hill, the road is good and not challenging. It has sufficient space for parking several cars. The rooms are spacious; every room has its our bathroom and the balcony. We were six adults with 4 teens and everyone could find space for him/herself. The view is super, you have to see it. And the pool! Incredible. We were there at the beginning of April and the owner was so nice and heated it for us, for the reasonable fee, so all of us could enjoy it even though the weather was not a summer one. The city centre is in a walking distance; there is everything you need – bakery, shops, supermarkets, exchange offices, post office, coffee bars etc. The communication with the owner, with the service employees there, was smooth and nice. Without any doubts, I say it’s a perfect accommodation. Don’t wait and go there.

We stayed at Eagles Lodge last week. It has to be one of the best villas in Kalakan. It absolutely stands out when on a boat in the bay!
It is huge! There is plenty of room for 12+. It is also very luxurious, with en suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and comfortable furniture.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven and microwave
The views are amazing over the bay, all the bedrooms have the view, which you can gaze at from the beds. Also a good view from the infinity pool.
Outside, the pool is amazing, we paid the extra to have it heated, which worked well and made swimming very comfortable, we used the pool a lot!
There is also a BBQ.
The villa is at the end of a no through road and very peaceful. There are no near neighbours, which was fantastic

Absolute luxury, ultimate relaxation
I had the most fabulous stay in this stunning villa and can honestly say there is not one thing I would change, it really is the ultimate in luxury. The pool is enormous and includes a jacuzzi. As you swim along length of the pool (really swim, it's that long) your view is the beautiful ocean, the islands and the old town of Kalkan. The stuff of fairy tales 😎😎😎

We had seen the pictures on the website but even they couldn't prepare us for how gorgeous the place was. Every room has the most gorgeous views of the town and the sea. There is plenty of space and we reckon that even if 12 people stayed it wouldn't feel cramped. Sara and Andy were so helpful with our booking and made sure that we had the most perfect and relaxing holiday ever. We loved the huge pool and the jacuzzi. We normally go out in the evenings, but this villa was so fabulous that we spent a few evenings in, just chilling. If you stay in Kalkan, stay here! We can't wait to get back next year. Just amazing!
We could not recommend this villa enough! It took our breath away the minute we got there. We had seen the pictures on the website but it is even more beautiful than we had expected. Every room has amazing views over Kalkan and the sea. It is so big that there is plenty of room to sleep 12 without feeling cramped. The pool is huge and wonderful. Sara and Andy did everything to make our stay go smoothly and to ensure that we had a week of absolute relaxation. If you stay in one place in Kalkan, then this villa has to be it! We felt like film stars for the week! We can't wait to go back again next year. Thanks for everything Sara and Andy x
