Staff great , friendly . The hotel itself very outdated, the doors didn’t savoy fit , you could see through my siding on the door to hall way .

The safety of the room, I could see the hallway through the door and the door frame

Was not as advertised. We were given a very small basement room.

It's pricey and not worth it, room is small, old time shower, room is small and not sound proof. Not staying here again

Lady at reception was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived earlier than check-in time and she quickly confirmed that our rooms were ready and we were able to check in. There was a mix-up with our request to have 2 rooms close together; she was also able to rectify this promptly. As there was no elevator, we had to carry several heavy pieces of luggage up stairs. A gentleman (maintenance worker?) kindly helped us with this and refused our offer of a tip for his service. Another staff member recommended a nearby restaurant, Smoke on the Water, for our dinner. It was excellent!!

When we arrived, there were some staff (housecleaning?) standing at the front entrance, apparently for a smoke break. Not very welcoming.
