DO NOT stay here if you want a sleep in. It was very noisy from 7am onwards, including staff vacuuming in the corridor at 8:30, talking loudly to each other, being loud when making up the rooms beside ours, knocking on our door at 10am when check out is 11.

It was kind of hard to take language from street to lobby or we didn’t see the ramp!

It was very central and the beds were comfy

The bathroom was quite dirty, there was black hair all over the floor and hanging off from the blow dryer.. I had to clean the bath out myself as there was black hair in it. Someone came and banged on the door at 1am multiple times and they were making a lot of noise in the hallways. I tried calling front desk a bunch of times but no one answered, I even tried from my phone. It’s a lot of money for less than 24 hours stay, dirty bathroom and a very interrupted sleep.

The hotel decor is a bit dated, the guest washing machines were broken. The room overlooked the driveway

The hotel was stunning with really nice decor. It was right by the center of town so it was super easy to walk in and out, go shopping, for a hike, or grab a drink. The staff were really informative as well.

There was a bit of an issue with payment as the hotel didn't realise I'd already given a card via booking.com to pay with, so they double charged me. Thankfully they realised immediately and issued a refund.

A lot to like about The Listel. very clean and comfortable and a great location just a few minutes from the Gondola and even closer to the shops and restaurants. But the staff were always very welcoming and helpful. Great value.
