Hôtel propre et très pratique pour aller a la gare d'autocars de Montréal tôt le matin ou quand on arrive tard dans la nuit. Prix très intéressant pour Montréal.

Personnel détestable, matelas peu confortable à deux

La ubicación a una cuadra de la central de bus y cerca del centro y metro es insuperable.

Location was great, accessible, but you get what you pay for. Montreal hotels prices are very high this year so this made it possible for us to visit, but it is a very very budget accommodation. So expect comfort and cleanliness according to that.

Towels and linens seemed clean, but some towels had stains and they were very thin/rough. Bath tub and bath curtains could be cleaner. Our bedroom door was tilted and weird.

The location is very convenient - around a lot of restaurants. It's also close to the subway. Good if you like to walk around. The 2 person rooms with double beds are spacious.

Though the hotel advertised itself as a smoke free hotel, the moment I walked into my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried to air out the room by opening the windows but it didn't help much. I'm pretty sure the people staying in the room next to me was smoking heavily. On my last day, their door was left ajar and the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Lastly, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm. My stay was during the winter and there was only 1 night where I had ok hot water to use. Funny enough, the hot water tap at the sink was always hot.
