No coffee brewer and microwave inside the room it’s all construction in the whole lobby

although the property is under construction, and kinda crazy in the lobby, the room was awesome very clean and very nice, bed was sooooo comfy

I hope to be back when everything is open and construction over

I like that the room is spacious and new.

The room is not that clean and tidy. The bed is not properly made and the sofa has hair.

The room was very comfortable with a great city view. The hotel is going through major renovation. I would love to stay after the Reno! Bring back the pool.

Overall it was good, however the bed lining was stained with something red so we slept without a comforter and the room was not cleaned, coffee maker had water objects in it so we couldn’t drink it tea. Beyond that the room served its purpose. Great staff 🙏

tv didn’t work, smelled like paint interacted with 2 staff members both were rude and lack hospitality and room was not clean

The room was clean, and the staff was so friendly and approachable. I like the room, and the pillows are so comfortable I sleep so good.

The thing that I don't like is they didn't put some drinking water, but aside from that, nothing else.

Prior to booking we checked online specifically for a hotel with a restaurant as we did not want to go out to eat after a 7 hr drive. Upon arrival we were told the restaurant was closed for renovations. The entire lobby was non existent, a construction zone with hanging plastic and no one around anywhere. We checked in around 8 and then had to leave to find a restaurant to eat. We got back to the hotel around 10:30. This was definitely not the relaxing evening we had paid for. We couldn’t even go for a swim as the pool was also closed. If we had known the restaurant was closed we would have booked a different hotel with a restaurant or one within walking distance.

heater made a loud noise while on from time to time. I had to hold the bathtub drain for the water to go down

The room is really nice after the renovation and staffs are friendly.
