I liked the comfy couch
I didn't like the small tv in the bedroom

Housekeeping was poor. We did not have our room cleaned for 2 of the 3 days we were there.

It was comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. We were out of the hotel most of the stay. Sleep wise very good.
The parking. Two times because of events parking was not pleasant.

The pool area was dirty, old, rusting. Was looking forward to using it but there was a film on the pool, hot tub was cloudy and there was garbage and wet towels everywhere. Front desk looked after it when I reported how bad it was but it doesn’t help the overall appearance.

The Kleenex container only had one tissue in the box . We had a nice clean handicapper bathroom but the lighting was awful. I could find no way to enhance the lighting. Lack of instructions suggested you got what you got.

Everything was great but the breakfast. It is usually a buffet but they offered menu with very limited options. The food was good.

Great location to downtown. Lot's of facilities to choose from and very friendly staff.
We stayed in the One bedroom suite with kitchen. Mold in bathroom shower and thermostat did not control common area if bedroom door was closed. Uncomfortable for those sleeping on sofa bed.

I liked the free parking.
The hotel is not maintained properly, even by 3 star hotel standards. The inside and outside of the building are dirty and there are old covid19 restrictions posted that aren't in effect anymore. We also got food poisoning from the breakfast sandwich on an english muffin that was substituted for our breakfast that we paid for because the restaurant that normally cooks was closed. I do not recommend this place.
