We travelled with 9 family members so we had 3 rooms. Room on 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Although non smoking rooms there was a really bad smell of smoke or old carpet. This was really a pity as it ruined our stay in clean rooms. Also pool facility was large and clean

The pool and sauna was excellent. The staff was so polite and accessible. The parking is always available and free.
There was not a microwave in the room. There is one in the hallway, but you have to walk and it is not comfortable.

Everything was good. Before I reserve, I looked at the reviews on the site. Few of them were basically negative. But I find nothing negative. Only the things that the management have to think is try to arrange a family room and at least one housekeeping staff for the Night Shift as well.
I was looking after to choose the room type-‘family’. But the facility doesn’t have the family room. I went with my two kids but couldn’t book two separate rooms. So, I was looking for a family room but there was not.
As a manager of a hotel, I learned something how to operate a 4 STAR FACILITY without own Kitchen 😃😃
There is nothing bad that I have to mention here.
