Prime location! I’ve been to miami before and its best to stay on collins ave. Its one block from the beach/ ocean drive and great value for money. The rooms were extremely spacious and the receptionist was very friendly. There are 2 coffee shops right in front of the hotel as well as several restaurants and bars. Will come again!

The old refrigerator in the room was so noisy that we had to unplug it at night to sleep.
We suffered very poor treatment from hotel personnel in the morning. There is no inside lock on the door, so hotel personnel can and did open the door and surprised us when we were in the room. Checkout time was 11 AM, but the cleaning lady banged on our door at 10:30 AM and opened it while we were in our underwear. We left the room before 11 AM and then went down to the office to put our luggage in storage as management offered us when we checked in on Friday night. That’s when we learned that there is no one at the front desk except between 3 PM and 11 PM. So if there is any problem, or you need anything in the hotel, you are out of luck, except between those hours. The management offer was apparently just a lie to get us to check in, when we requested a late check out after 11 AM.
All the other hotels in the area have a 12 PM check out time they will allow to be extended until 1 PM if you ask. In this hotel check out time is 11 AM and will not be extended. There is no one to talk about it in the morning because there is no desk clerk or manager until 3 PM.
The housekeeping manager said that there was no provision for storage and the desk clerk who told us we could store our luggage would not be there until 3 PM. And she could not help us at all. So we instead had to drag our luggage six blocks to the parking garage and store it in our car before even looking for breakfast, as there is no breakfast in the hotel. So you should bring your own food or better yet, look for another hotel.

Most of all we appreciate the staff, the spacious and cleanliness of the room. Although there's no parking we were still able to park in the parking garage. Everything we needed was right here on this strip. 2 Coffee places right across the street with delicious and healthy items choices. We rented a sling shot car from the strip and the whole trip was amazing and much needed. Beach is in walking distance too. This hotel is in the best area. 💥💥💥💥💥

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As well, it was quiet and peaceful considering the location is on a main thoroughfare, which also makes it convenient to restaurants and retail.

The hotel is located in a great location - close to the beach, close to many restaurants and shops. It was quiet at night, with no extraneous noise. In general, the room was comfortable, with everything you needed. Very kind and friendly staff!

The location was good. The staff was welcoming.
We didn't get the room that seemed to be advertised on the website. Then, they should've put a head up in the description that they do not provide any parking.

I frequently travel to Miami for business and I always choose to stay at Stardust hotel. Great location. Rooms are big, nice, clean and fully equipped. Staff is very good, accomodating and always helpful. It is always the best value for the price I pay.

The minute I got there was received by Mr. Blas, who called me by my name, very professional and knowledgeable about the area and parking, which could be a nightmare especially on holiday weekend. the place felt very safe and was extremely clean.. Mr. Blas also informed us that renovations were coming and can’t wait to revisit! the location was perfect.

The staff were exceptional. Susie was especially accommodating and friendly, it made our stay that much better. The room was spacious as they were previously apartments, and included large closets, and kitchenette.
My only complaint was that the floor was a bit dirty, but nothing I couldn't handle.

The room and the convenience of this property on the strip of Miami was wonderful. Stardust also has a kitty name Chi Chi who is just as nice.

One more consolation win is arranging one King and one Queen giving ample sleeping space for a group of 3-4
***Toilet flush*** cant stress more on this as they have notice stuck above toilet and strict instructions at checkin to not flush toilet paper!!! Stinky paper in trash?!! It was so stressful and it lingered on for sometime even after reaching our homes. That is a shame!
The next worst thing was that I slipped in the bath tub twice as the sliding door opens halfway but 1/5th of the tub floor on the side is curved and slippery. It is very easy for anyone to set one foot on that when getting out of the tub within that narrow space. I hurt my back during one fall and now my doctor advised PT if painkillers dont help.
No accessible electric outlet at bedside to charge phone.
Microwave didnt work in one room.
Airconditioner stopped working on day 2 until the manager came in and fixed

Bathroom has no exhaust so no one can use it for some time, after someone used the toilet before
Lastly the hotel charged us $87 for some nail polish on a comforter and a towel which is a big lie or a misunderstanding. No one in our group brought it or had anything to do with nails in this 3 day trip. Split among 6, its not big amount but just that the hotel found an excuse to make money in this pandemic time is to be noted
Stay out of this place unless you want nothing but discomfort and be stolen of your security deposit with some made-up reason
